Wonderful for students not for artists!!
I have to say that for the price this pen is wonderful. Worked right out of the box. Charges quickly and holds a charge well. Magnetic so it stayed connected to my iPad easily. Feels very nice in your hand and it comes with an extra pen tip. If you are a student and find yourself taking copious amounts of notes this pen will do wonders for you. It’s cheap and effective and very precise. It is very good for basic use on an iPad.HOWEVER…If you are an artist and especially if you use procreate this is NOT the pen for you. It does not register pressure sensitivity at all. This is a massive problem as it makes most of the pens and paint brushes somewhat useless and absolutely messes with your precision when drawing. You cannot do thick and thin lines in the same stroke. Calligraphers Esp beware. I was unable to use any of the calligraphy pens or brush pens. I tried everything to get it to work but I have to say here the Apple Pencil reigns supreme. If you do art seriously you need to bite the bullet and get the Apple Pencil. It is superior. I hope this helps!

I love it
I have never used an Apple Pencil or any other iPad pencil, so I can’t compare this to anything. However, this is comparably affordable, light weight, easy to set up and easy to use. I haven’t had any pairing issues. It holds charge for weeks with moderate use. I used it to write about 20 recipes in the notes app and to color about eight coloring pages without having to charge it for around four weeks. It didn’t indicate that it needed to be charged but I charged it anyway. It uses a USB-C charger, like my iPad so I didn’t need the extra cable. Super convenient. The only con is, it doesn’t tell you the battery level the way an Apple Pencil would. Not a huge deal to me. Definitely worth it.

10/10 Recommend for iPad Mini
Works just like an apple pencil, no connectivity issues or anything. Comes with extra tips, but the quality is so good I've never needed to switch them. Battery lasts a long time, very high quality :)

Quality supersedes the price!
The XIRON stylus is surprisingly well-built and has a premium quality feel to it. It’s very comfortable to hold and is very accurate when it comes to writing, with basically no delay. Best part is it’s future-proof, with a USB-C charging port. Some areas where it is lacking include the way you turn it on. With a soft touch on the other end of the stylus, it turns on very easily but at the same time, it has the potential to turn off just as easily. Maybe a long press to turn off would’ve been better. Another feature that’s lacking is pressure sensitivity while writing, but it looks like this feature can only be found on the Apple Pencil. My last concern is with the sound it makes when writing on the iPad. Personally, I haven’t used the Apple Pencil so not sure how loud that product is but with the XIRON stylus, you have to be consciously aware to not creating the loud tapping noise when writing or using the pen in general. In a normal coffee shop environment, you won’t really hear it that much but in a quieter setting like your home office or meeting room, it’s very noticeable. To combat this, I taped a piece of bandage wrap to the tip of the stylus (as seen in the second picture), and it has completely eliminated all the noise. I was trying to find the right balance between eliminating the sound but also maintaining the premium finish of the product and I think the resulting product has come out well. And my DIY silencer hasn’t impacted the accuracy of the stylus whatsoever. Hopefully, in future iterations of this product, XIRON can try to improve the stylus by incorporating a quiet touch tip. With that being said, for the price of $40, this is fantastic alternative to the overpriced Apple Pencil. Unless you’re an artist, pressure sensitivity shouldn’t really be a concern and if the tapping noise is bothering you, you can eliminate it in just a few minutes.

Adequate. Acceptable for the price. Too easy to turn off by mistake.
Bought model “A-white.” It works fine. It seems maybe less precise than an actual Apple Pencil, but that may be a matter of tip choice. It came with tip options. Battery charge doesn’t last long. Charging is USB-C only. All of that is fine for the excellent price, if a bit disappointing compared to the Apple Pencil I used to have. The only thing that knocked it down from four stars is that it’s super easy to touch the top end of the stylus by mistake, which shuts it off. Sure, it connects again instantly with another touch, but it gets to be a pain. All-in-all, a good inexpensive alternative.

Much cheaper than apple pencil. Less features but I don't notice or care
The stylus works very well and is only a fraction of the price of an apple pencil. I only have 2 complaints: it is kinda noisy when using it to write and you have to change the tip of the pencil often if you use it frequently.
