Great working blades, could be designed a little better.
Bought these for an old craftsman planer. They are not exactly like the ones on planer, these have a cut on both ends, and it was a bit harder to align because of it. However, planer is working great now. Makes clean cuts. I think thay they were designed with both sides cut in order to switch sides when one side gets dull. A better design would be to flip the cut on one end upside down. This would give 2 sides for use when one is dull, and would aid in the alignment of blade. Otherwise, works great.

Perfect fit, good price.
Perfect fit for my old Harbor Freight planer. Very good cut with no more lines and grooves in the finished boards.

The planer blades match the size of the original Craftsman blades in all details.
Fox blades came in a box, wrapped up in cushion packing, in a cushioned shipping envelope. The look straight and flat, and I'll check them out with a machinists straight edge to be sure they are perfectly flat. They had a bit of machinist oil on them and were shiny new looking!

Good Replacement Knives
These knives were a good replacement for my Craftsman planer. They were sharp and did an acceptable job planing maple and oak boards. Please note, these are one sides knives, were typically planer knives are two sided. The product description does indicate one sided.
