I have been using this without any issues for the last couple of weeks. Package comes with detailed instructions. There is absolutely no tool required to install this. Installation is simple and quick. I was able to complete the installation under 20 minutes. Water pressure is optimal and doesn't hurt the body parts. It comes with bumpers to fill the gap (if any) between the bowl and seat. The T joint they provide is leak proof. When I was using other bidets before, I was facing leakage issues for few days and I had to tape it over to prevent leaks. Kids can operate themselves. No need of much of toilet papers anymore. Female Wash is an added benefit. I will get couple more of this for my other toilets. Overall, it is good buy for this price.

I don’t know why, but as I entered my 50s I found that cleaning “back there” was more and more difficult. It didn’t seem to matter how much paper I used, I would use it until it came out perfectly white. However, more often than not after an hour or two itchiness would take over and drive me crazy. To the point where I would have to find a restroom and clean again.My father-in-law has a very fancy Japanese bidet that has all the Goo-ga’s. I have used it several times when we have gone to visit and longed to have one. Alas, they are very very expensive and I didn’t have hot water piped near my toilet. I did a little research and discovered that most of the world a) uses bidets and b) they use them with cold water. So, I decided to give this model a shot. My worst fear was of the cold water. I’m very pleased to report that it is everything I hoped it would be. No more itching. A very fine feeling of cleanliness. The cold water? Not a big deal. Installation was super easy. Took me about 20 minutes. The product seems to be at least reasonable if not high-quality. So, gentlemen, if you are having similar problems, do yourself a huge favor and buy this bidet.

I gave 4 stars for installation because I needed husband muscles to disconnect the water pipe. (That isn’t a product issue.) Otherwise, this was simple to install. Make sure to read and follow the directions.Softness- you can adjust the force of the water that comes out.Warmth- This is cold water only on my toilet. I didn’t want to do all the extra to hook up warm water until I knew that I would like a bidet. I am hot natured so I definitely don’t mind the cool water but I may feel differently in the winter.Quality- This works great. It has a setting for the bottom, a setting for female wash, and a self cleaning setting. Watch my demonstration video minus a bottom. HahaBottom line - (no pun intended) I wish I had bought this years ago. It saves on your toilet paper use and it is very beneficial for cleaning without paper around hemorrhoids. Yes, from pregnancy. This is the first bidet I've ever used or tried, and i honestly feel like i have no idea what I'm doing or supposed to do.The instructions to install were clear. The install was extremely easy. Zero issues. It's literally the use of it.So, if you're like me, where you've never used a bidet before, just be prepared for some awkwardness.I bought the 2 stream one. The first time using it is weird, and actually every time is, and figuring out the best way to use it takes time. Like, am i supposed to wiggle around? Bc it seems like I'm supposed to, bc I've wiped after using it and i wasn't fully clean. How long am i supposed to sit there letting the water hit me? Will like eventually not be weird? Am i supposed to keep toilet paper around to dry up the shower my lower bits just went through?Some of these questions I've yet to figure out, but yes, you absolutely need something to dry yourself up. So, it hasn't completely eliminated the need for paper, and i honestly worry about my increased water usage as a result.There's got to be a better way to take care of business than wasting paper or wasting water. Of the two, i think the water option is likely more economical, but i guess I'll find out in my next water bill if this was really worth it.So, in a nutshell, still waiting on my 3 sea shells solution. The bidet is not the end all be all to bathroom solutions.

Liked that all necessary parts like hose, tee, etc. were included with complete instructions. Did not like that the included seat bumpers did not stick well and one fell off into the toilet water. Another seat bumper nearly fell off too while a 3rd seat bumper held fast. The 2 bumpers came loose from one side of the adhesive while the opposite side of the adhesive held fast to the seat itself. Replaced that typical wall mounting adhesive with Gorilla Heavy Duty 30 lb. mounting tape and that sucker doesn't budge.

Easy to install. I had some trouble attaching the t adapter to the bottom of my toilet tank and realized after 30 minutes that the rubber washer in the adapter needs to point up rather than down. Like an upside down V. The manual does not tell you that and the illustration is not clear. Once I did that I was able to get the valve screwed on without any leaks. The bidet works well and gives enough pressure to clean. Water was a bit cold but sure I will get used to it in no time. I do wish the plastic was a bit more sturdy as it was bending down from my hand resting on the knobs. I was being careful and didn't even realize that I was pushing down on it until I lifted my hand. Other than that it works great. I'm clean and using less TP.
