its kind of limp. its a fleece on one side somewhat coarse on the inside the fabric doesn't hold the shape I was going to try some spray starch and see if that will hold it especially the hood/helmet. also runs a little small I think so I would size up. Ive seen the real ones of these and this will do if you don't want to pay $200. worst case I'd replace the hood with a different fabric still less than the top of the line model. Also this was prime so it came quick instead of 8-10 weeks.

The "face shield" does not hold its shape, but other parts of the hoodie also have a Medieval feel, so this doesn't ruin the whole experience. The thing costs a little much, but I knew that going in, so that isn't something that I can hold against the seller. They have these for sale a little cheaper on Aliexpress, if you don't mind waiting 6 weeks for it.I will update the review after the item is washed a couple of times.

When this arrived I was overwhelmingly excited as the only other jacket I had at the time was falling apart and this was going to be its replacement, but I was so disappointed when I looked closer and tried it on. It is made of super cheap fleece that is thin enough to see the color of the shirt I had on under it, and the fabric in some of the armor-like parts is cut extremely uneven as the left shoulder hung down about 1.25 inches lower than the right one. then All the ascetic additions are super floppy and don't hold their shape, the face cover on the "helmet" hangs below my neck even when adjusted to be as tight as it can be. Then when i took it off I noticed a lot of the seams are already coming apart with thread hanging loose everywhere. Overall it was so bad I am trying to get it returned, I would not suggest buying this, I would look somewhere else.

I've been getting horrendous migraines lately, but if I completely block out my windows and sit in the dark, I'd only be replacing a migraine with eye strain (since I'm working from home and am on my computer all day). I was looking for a hoodie that would block my periphery vision so I wouldn't see the window glare as I'm working on my computer, and this does exactly that.It's also AMAZING for naps. (I even slept with it in bed last night.) I can pull the hood down all the way over my eyes and still leave it open over my nose and mouth so I can breathe. For that reason, it's made a huge difference as well not having to pull my sheets over my head to block out the light and basically suffocate my breathing.For reference, I ordered a men's large when usually I would order a small.

It wasn't totally awful. I read the reviews. I knew what I was getting into. Had it not been specifically requested for Christmas, I would not have bought it. It costs more than it's worth for sure. At a lesser price, I wouldn't feel like it was such a horrible value. But it is what it is. With a needle and thread you can fix it up much better.

I bought this in size XL for my son, who wears an XL normally, and it was too small so I had to buy him another one in XXL. The quality isn't really that great and it doesn't hold it's shape like in the photo. It's made of a low quality fleece material. My son didn't care and loves it anyway.

It's costumey but well designed. There were a couple threads that needed to be trimmed, but as anyone who sews knows, this is normal when you finish your seam, they just didn't get them all. It's a nice thick fleece, warm and soft. It doesn't hold it's structure as well as the pic, I'm thinking that's starched. But I'm very happy with it!
