Beautiful quality piece.
Statement piece that fit perfectly in my thick counter tops. The gold material is stunning and gives the vintage look I was hoping for.

This faucet combines old fashioned look with modern utility!
I love the look of this faucet. It’s really pretty and adds a lot of style to our new powder room. My husband seemed to install it easily and quickly. It works great and the high spout makes it easier to wash your hands and face. I highly recommend this faucet!

LOUD when turned beyond 30% water flow (update:fixed!)
It's beautiful and feels extremely high quality, but we bought and installed two of these in our bathroom and they are insanely loud with a higher pitched whine if you turn them up around 20-30% flow. It has been working fine to just not turn them up very much and you can still have enough pressure to get the job done, but this is a major defect if you ask me.Edit: There is a little plastic flow limiter in the tip of the faucet causing all this noise. Unscrew the metal piece, remove the plastic piece, and reassemble.

Beautiful but sadly flawed. Customer service great
First the good. I wanted a vintage feel for our master bathroom redo in 2017. These were perfect and I truly loved them. I especially like the style, the quality brass fittings and that the handle swiveled. It is perfect for bathing babies in the sink! Soon after purchase I noticed pitting on the chrome faucetspouts on both faucets. Surprisingly there was zero pitting on the much used handle. I had never seen this type of pitting before even on cheap builder’sgrade faucets. I used nothing unusual to clean themand again the base and handles were 100% fine. I did contact customer service which told me it wasn’t covered. I truly didn’t understand why but again Ireally liked them and everything else worked great.Fast forward to 2022. The pitting has become so bad that you can see the brass underneath. I actually ended up purchasing another using my CC points JUST to change out the faucet. I contacted acontractor friend asking if he knew of any way to rechrome the spouts. He said that it was a rare flaw in the plating and should definitely be covered under warranty. I did contact Jorge in customer service at Kingston Brass and they are replacing the faucets! Hurrah! The flow has been absolutely fine, I did need to recently replace a cartridge but that is normal wear and tear. As to the hot and cold discs, they can be secured with gorilla putty. Easy fix and zero damage seen to the handles. I am so happy that Kingston brass faucets are beautiful and will support their products.

Beautiful and Solid- LOVE this faucet
Finally installed this baby on a new white Carrera marble vanity in a Vintage bathroom. It's beautiful, solid and easy to install. I went with it because I have a chrome wall mount kitchen faucet in the same vintage style and we have been happy with it (for the same reasons) as well. For us the kingston brass products have been terrific. They have convincing vintage style, solid and sturdy for modern performance and they are a fraction of the cost of the big names that you find making other Vintage/retro plumbing fixtures. Now if only they would make an antique tub/shower system that's just as good ! So happy I had to share a picture

It looks very nice, but . . . . . .
It’s a great looking fixture and it works. The install is horrible. The slot washer (part #13) for the main spout is junk. It’s too thin to perform its function and deforms under hand tightening. I had to make a slot washer out of thicker material. The stem nuts are some kind of cast garbage metal. It is difficult to secure them to the valve stems because there is nothing to grip to on top of the vanity. The pop-up drain rod is likely meant to work with some other fixture because the small rubber gasket does not fit the orifice on the side of the faucet stem. Step #5 in the instruction manual for setting the handle position is incoherent. You just have to explore and fiddle with it. Eventually you’ll get the valves in proper height position. The ceramic insert for “Hot” has it’s lettering off center. The faucet stem rocks. I contacted customer support, sent them a short video of the faucet shaft rocking back and forth. They got back to me and asked if it leaked. It does not. Their reply is that they are supposed to rock (Really ?!) and that if it doesn’t leak it’s not a problem. This isn’t my 1st faucet install by a long shot, but it’s my last Kingston.

Great style but noisy
Ordered this set when I replaced our old sink with a new style. We had a very similar set by Danze that we loved, but could no longer get parts as it was discontinued. This set was a great replacement, but the valves make a grinding noise when turning the water off and on. I suspect the threads of the valve shaft were not machined or polished properly, and suggest lubricating the threads with food grade silicone grease before installing the set.

Literal trash
First of all, it’s the wrong instruction booklet?Second, my package was evidently a return. It was opened, dented, and parts were damaged. There is nowhere on the knobs for the flex lines to screw into! The whole part that it’s supposed to screw onto was cut off. Return!
