I have both the hammock and swing and thought it may be helpful to compare. I don’t really know what I’m doing, I just saw these types of things on Instagram and thought they looked fun! The hammock is bigger and stretchier than the swing, I don’t have the right set up to use it properly but it it is relaxing to just lay down in or use to hang upside down. I prefer the swing, you can do a lot more with the handles. But my toddler loves the swinging in the soft hammock so they both have a purpose.

I love my new yoga hammock! I started with the yoga trapeze and recently upgraded to a yoga hammock. It was super easy to install and adjust. It did come pre-tied but it was too long for me. So I re tied it so the hammock was the right height. The instructions were super easy and clear. I love the stretchiness and it is super comfortable. I've done multiple arm wraps and a couple beginner inversions with leg wraps. It feels so much better than the trapeze for stuff like that. It is big enough to do a full cocoon which is awesome as well.

I love my new yoga hammock! It's silky soft and has lots of fabric to do splits and all kinds of aerial yoga fun stuff! I'm still a newbie, so splits aren't in my repertoire, but I'm trying! One thing I do really like is that you can adjust the height by pulling the fabric through the knot. Also, when it's nice and long, you can lay on the floor and put your pelvis in it (see picture). It's really good for your period days, and also if you have pelvic floor dysfunction, inversions are good and this one is easy to get in and out of.

The light blue isn’t light blue it’s like darker robins egg .. other than the color this is a great hammock it’s helped my body tremendously and great for beginners. The fabric is different it will bruise so be careful and it’s better for y’all ceilings though you can adjust pretty easily does not come with ceiling mounts just FYI you have to purchase separately.. I just really wish I could get the right color ... smh

just got the hammock an hour ago! It’s already in my yoga room.I already have 2 yoga hammock from à European brand (I’m from France). I’m a yoga teacher so I use them for work.The fabric of this hammock is lighter and maybe a bit more elastic but it does the job perfectly.Makes the touch of the fabric lighter and less painful for the legs in inversion pose.Elasticity is just what it need to be comfortable and not to much to make it complicated for yoga practice.It’s attached to a wooden part of my ceiling so the links you send with were to small but that’s not a surprise since I have a four centuries old house and it’s actually a tree that old the hammock so my house is the issue and not your product 😂So basically :The light fabric is very nice, color is very nice and the length is fine.It’s all very comfortable and it’s very nice to have the bag to travel with it! I really like it and would recommend it gladly.

A little too stretchy. Works great for cocooning, lotus, meditation, supported poses, etc. but doing inversions really digs into your hip muscles in ways the official Anti-Gravity hammocks don't. But with the $200 I saved, I was able to buy a nice squat rack to hang it off of. Worth the trade off for now.

We bought this for our ADHD son so he could fidget while he sat. Hung from joists in the living room. But our whole family loves it. Wish we had room for three so each kid could have their own.It can easily support me plus my two little kids.I never thought I'd have a swing in my living room, but now I don't know how we got along without it. Its great for naps for me too.No one has ever used ours for yoga.
