I am convinced that the quality of this lab coat is excellent. It really does look good, and more important, the fabric and the fit feels good. We did not deliberately choose a larger size. Nonetheless, this lab coat is larger than we expected. However, it may have been deliberately manufactured large. I think a good loose fit would be a desirable characteristic for her work as a nurse.The stitching seems excellent. We carefully inspected, and did not find any loose ends or flaws in construction. We sewed on the nametag, and the fabric was excellent to work with on the sewing machine.I highly recommend this product. Just note that it is large, and we like it this way. I want to stress the fact that the very loose fit really looks good.I hope this report helps you make an informed decision.

Daughter needed a lab coat for her college classes. So found this one that was available in larger sizes. It worked well for her as needed for her school lab assignments. She has 2 more years of college so hopefully she will continue to be able to use it as needed.

The labcoat material is not stretchy, but it still comfortable.. I'm sure it becomes even more comfortable after a few washes, too. It's a little longer than I expected when I wore it, on. But overall, it works! My advice is to order a size smaller than your normal size, because this coat is pretty big. I'm usually a size small and ordered the x-small. It is still very roomy and lose on me. Otherwise, I think this will work great!

Purchased this because I hated the lab coat I had to buy for school. This is a good weight and surprisingly good quality for the money. It retains its shape. I am 5'8" 140lb and ordered a small. It fits perfectly and comes just above my knees. Pockets are a nice size and can fit reference cards, pens, and a phone quite easily. It is a stiff material, which is what I wanted. The sleeves are a good length on me but a little wide. It is quite warm. I'm usually cold and this with a sweater was a little too warm.

I'm a Figure-Eight shaped woman. That is, an hourglass, but fat. With heavy leanings in the rear region. I got a 2X based on my bust and hip measurements. It can definitely button up, but I have to unbutton the bottom two buttons to sit down and the jacket not try to gape/burst open at the closing. Standing it appears to be fine. The arms are VERY roomy compared to the body, practically baggy.Also, definitely need to have it ironed as other people mentioned, very stiff.It will do what I need it to, for Chem Lab. So, if you need it for something simple like that, go for it. But don't order this for anything above required classes, if you need something higher quality (professional), definitely order from a dedicated website.I gave it three stars because it is not great, but it does do the job. I'll update my review once I actually wear it during this coming semester.

I needed this coat for a college lab. I usually wear a 22/24 in tops. I ordered a 4xl bc my last coat didn't button over my chest. This jacket fit and I probably could've sized down. The material is thin but serves it's purpose.

I got this lab coat for my college chemistry lab. The ones in the college bookstore cost almost $30, and sold out almost immediately. Even with rush shipping this was much better in terms of cost. In addition, this is of much better quality. It is thick enough that it protects from spills and splashes, but not so thick that it raises your body temperature. The ones in the bookstore by comparison were thin and stiff and flimsy. This one has better quality material, the buttons are sewn on securely, and the pockets are of good size and placement. The breast pocket is great for stashing pens. Overall would recommend!
