I’m very disappointed with Pour Moi. I’ve purchased hundred and hundreds for dollars of product from them over the past couple years. I’m allergic to corn and corn derivatives and in the past couple years many cosmetic, pharmaceutical company’s and food and supplement company’s have been switching to using corn derivatives in their products to save money. They are not labeled as corn and hide under chemicalish names.I’ve been having systemic allergic reactions (hive’s, tight throat, difficulty swallowing etc) and have re-read the labels on everything I use and contacted manufacturers on labels I can’t completely discern.I contacted Pour Moi about 2 months ago via customer service with a list of all of their products I use and asked if any of them have corn derivatives in them and explained I’m allergic. It took them 2 weeks to get back to me. I was told they would reach out to their factories and get back to me. I received no further contact from them and have since contacted them twice and have not even had the courtesy of ANY response.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE to say the least and probably hundreds and hundreds of dollars of their products I now need to throw in the trash due to their lack of integrity in response and knowing what’s in their own products.

The cream is excellent, but it came almost empty, somebody took out more than half the canister as it is much lighter in weight than the day cream (although it is a much richer formula). I guess the crooks messing up with shiseido (which is easy there) and were doing a lot of harm to Guerlaine products, continue their dishonest activities. Very sad.
