Hikari Organic Yuzu Juice - 3.52 Fl Oz (1 Bottle, 1 Piece)

Still not 100% sure I can tell the difference between yuzu and lemon, but this bottled juice is definitely worth trying. I use it to make sodas with my soda stream and in cocktails. Often when you buy lemon/lime juice in a container they will have added preservatives, but this one is just pure organic juice. It tastes great and it lasts a long time in the fridge. My one complaint is the container is a little small, but I only need to add about half a teaspoon to each drink as it has a lot of flavor. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite flavors has always been lemon. I tried a Yuzu hard candy from a Japanese treat box, and I fell in love with it! I ordered the Yuzu juice immediately! I’ve been drinking it in my green tea or my echinacea tea, and it’s excellent ❤️ It’s very similar to lemon, but has a bit of a floral taste in my opinion. I would definitely buy again! Please note that these bottles are very small, and fit in the palm of your hand. But a little bit goes a long way!

I've never had Yuzu before so I can't compare this particular bottle to anything else, but I ordered it to try in an Educated Barfly cocktail recipe and it turned out fantastic so I can honestly reccomend this organic Yuzu juice. Hopefully you can find it cheaper in an Asian market though geez

Tiny little bottle but it’s the real thing and it keeps a long time.I’m all about authenticity when it comes to ingredients and love that when a recipe calls for yuzu juice I have yuzu juice.It freezes well in an ice cube container so once I open it I freeze the remainder so when i need a tablespoon it’s right there.At this price I don’t want to waste a drop.Have not been able to purchase this as my local international grocery stores, well stocked as they are. So I always buy this brand from Amazon.A little goes a long way

A small amount of Yuzu goes a long way to increase the flavor of your food or drink. Yuzu has a distinctive citrus flavor that can not be replicated with more common citrus fruit.

I quit drinking alcohol a year ago and I use Yuzu and a dash of peach bitters in my sparkling water. It’s the perfect, refreshing and very flavorful drink if you’re cutting back on alcohol or stay away from it all together. Love this Yuzu. Very flavorfulz. A little goes a long way.

I ordered it once and was very happy with the quality, the second time around the bottle came out broken and leaking

This juice is far superior to American versions of lime or lemon juice as it has the full flavor profile of the original fruit. I love putting it on other fruit to keep it from browning and it actually brings out more flavor and makes avocados taste fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone with a discerning palate.
