bought watch for christmas for grad daughter, instructions are so small they cannot be read, took me ages to get the cover off the sim slot, which was held in with 2 tiny screws, the sim card then got stuck in the phone as it shows small sim needs to be inserted but its actually the middle one the nano not the micro, the phone switched on breifly then went dead and has not been able to switch on since, the charger is crap too doesnt stay on phone. i managed after great difficulty to download the app and register the phone to mine, and then got an error message saying it failed. only by chance did i realise you had to scan the back of the phone as part of the registration, but no where does it tell you this clearly. watch still not working and now ready to throw it through the window. the only thing i have out of it is , its made me angry and stressed and the grand daughter is now very upset. dont buy it its a crock of crap!!!!!!

it is waterproof and durable. My daughter wear it in their daily lives without worrying about the watch being damaged when it rains.It have many useful functions .It have two Ways Calls&SOS Emergency】very easy for child to do itWhat I love most was Class mode Parents can set the class mode on the app to let the children concentrate on class and avoid playing watches during class time.

I was really excited about buying this pressie for my great niece. I got 2 SIM cards and the watch would not recognise the SIM. I spent nearly 2 hours trying all different things and in the end gave up and am returning the watch to Amazon. I added GBP 10.00 to the SIM card so now I need to try to make sure I transfer that value to someone who has pay as you go. All in all a very frustrating experience.

I've spent £6 on a Giffgaff SIM and £1 on a Vodaphone SIM and a LOT of time trying to set this up. The several messages sent to vendor were useless since they either struggle with English and/or they don't pay much attention to my problem with the watch... it keeps asking to insert valid sim. I'm sending it back... hoping I don't get charged for delivery

Bought for my daughter's birthday, watch doesn't recognise any SIM card (tried 3) also it has a Christmas theme which is not going to be good when it's not Christmas anymore and there isn't a way to change it as far as I could see. Cheap quality for a £35 watch, definitely not worth the money spent.

Couldn't get the Sim card to work. Kept displaying 'Insert valid Sim card's and consequently most of the functions wouldn't work. Tried two different cards which I had tested on phones and found to be ok. Instructions very small and difficult to follow. Ended up sending it back and purchasing a different model.

Total garbage. Doesn’t work at all. Bought new SIMs for it and all. SIM works in my smartphone, but not in this hunk of trash. Bought for my daughter. Now I will need to find another smart watch before Christmas.

Very hard to connect phone to watch on the app. Messaged them on here wasn't very helpful and finally got it working but the tracker isn't great as it about 1/2 -1 mile away from where she actually is
