The graphic art and the words on this hat make it one of my favorite hats to wear. I would note, however, that I second the criticism by a lady who posted in June of 2018: the hat I received had some fading on the crown area. Packaged well, but the description should clearly disclose the hat have some material fading. I did not feel it was so bad that I wanted to return it, but I suggest you send a message to the seller before you buy and ask them if the hat they would be sending has any fading of the material.Having stated the above, I love the hat partly because people notice what it says and they sometimes start a conversation about a family member who is in the Navy. Like the hat says: "We Own The Seas".

The hat is pretty nice, but it's cheap. The back is cheap and flimsy. Plus, they sent it to me in plastic packaging and it got wrinkled badly. That to me was just senseless. I had to have a replacement sent to me which was just a duplicate of what I just said. Pointless to even get the hat in the first place, you know. But, the stitching is great and the design was great too, which was what inspired me to get it in the first place. So, make your own decision, but proceed with caution. I told you so.

hat has no adjustable buckle closure only Velcro....hat is very faded looks like it was wore and sweated in ....this was a Christmas gift to my grandson that just completed Boot Camp very disappointed ...not the hat that is pictured

Great design, but dusty and faded when I opened it, so it’s been sitting on a shelf awhile. I’m disappointed because I got it as a gift for my grandson who is going into the Navy.

The hat I received was faded and looked like it had been ei3in water or the sun for a long time. Still had all the tags and stickers but looked horrible and nothing like the photo

Mine was of the faded weathered broke in look. Not the dramatic dark blue in the photos. I’m not disappointed though, it is a very comfortable fit. Imykinda old and weathered myself, so it works for me...

Good quality cover. Embroidering on this cover is top notch. This is a gift for my Navy Veteran Daughterinlaw. I am a U.S. Marine Veteran so I guess it is OK to say it is almost as good as a Marine cover. OK it is a real good Navy hat. Semper Fi...

Doesn’t have that newness which marks the wearer as “just got this” it has a nicely slightly used finish. One of the few that fits a large head without pressure...which I can’t say about a lot of other caps.
