A day after installing it, I'm pretty happy with it.
+ Looks good+ Works well+ Decent price+ High quality+ Packaged nicely, including pluber's tape, plastic end caps on each pipe, colour-coded flexi-pipes. Every component was individually wrapped. It even came with cotton gloves and the tap itself was in a cloth drawstring bag! The instructions weren't clear but there are better ones in this product listing and if you think about it logically there is only one way it can be installed. With a bit of planning it's quick and easy to install. Getting the old tap out was a much harder job.+ No leaks... so far!+ The extendable hose is excellent. Now we can fill up the kettle by bringing the tap it it, instead of using a jug.- Small bore pipes means reduced flow rate compared to my old, simpler tap. For washing your hands, this is absolutely perfect. For swilling out dishes and pans, it's good too. But you can't really "blast" anything with it - it's not a powerful spray head.My only other minor criticism is that it wobbles. Well, not really wobbles, but just doesn't feel like a really sturdy fitting because it has no "base" to speak of - it simply sits through the hole in the sink with a colar screwing tight on the underside. So really what's happening is that the metal of the sink is flexing slightly. It's not a big problem - just something to be aware of, and having a more substantial base for the body of the tap would have solved this, I think.Overall I very happy with it and I hope it lasts as long as I think it will.

Easy, stylish and effective
Despite a few reviews to the contrary, this is a very impressive tap and great value for money. Extremely easy to fit, no leaks, excellent water flow and very stylish appearance. If I had to make one minor criticism, it would be that the instructions were a little sparse, but it is so simple to fit, you really can't go wrong. From opening the box to filling the kettle took 25 minutes, and 15 of those were removing the old tap! Manufacturers like Grohe could learn a lot from this simple design and fitting technique. Very impressive.

Great tap but too restrictive of gravity water pressure
Great tap & very easy to install (like the other posts have mentioned - make sure you know what you're doing and have the right tools before you start. My only issue with this tap is the overly restrictive flow. My cold is mains pressure and the tap does a great job of toning this down to a nice kitchen tap flow but the hot is gravity fed and the hot pressure out of the tap is too low. I can't find a way to adjust the pressure regulator so may end up replacing it.

Not just for kitchen, best for mini sink under stairs toilet etc.
This tap by bedee is so good it worth 3x the price in my opinion. In the UK we are used to mini hand basin and tap so small that washing your hands means trying to fit your hands under the tap and avoid scraping against the basin...it took me hours looking through Amazon and try to find a tap which is simple to use and high enough to give room to use the basin properly. This package came with everything you need to change over your old tap. I did it myself in about an hour. Not the easiest to fit as there is an extra hose for the pull out but all in all moderate easy to medium plumbing skill needed.Filling up a bucket is impossible with the normal mini basin and tap in the small toilet by the front door, usually under the stairs. With this tap you can pull out the spray head and fill up the bucket or water can, we no longer need to get water from kitchen for watering flowers in the driveway etc. When the spray head is retracted it works just like a normal tap.Love it

Good quality, very easy to install.
DIY reviewer.I purchased this tap in Nov 19 & only got around to installing the tap in June 20 as a replacement for a kitchen sink tap which had developed a slight fault. I was not looking forward to replacing the original tap, it's a busy spot, which would involve working in confined space under the sink & having to find a way past the bowl & half bowl, all of the existing pipework for the sink wastes, existing appliance hoses and various existing pipework arrangements just to get to the back of the sink & reach the existing tap. It was a real struggle to get at the existing flexi hose connection points and then get to the existing tap to remove the fixing screw & remove the existing tap. When it came to fitting the new tap, it was immediately obvious that the new tap was going to an easier fit than the original tap removal. The new tap comes with a long brass thread which protrudes a good way into the space below the sink. This meant I could actually see what I was working with, instead of working blind when trying to remove the original tap. The brass 'lock sleeve' arrangement of the new tap is a real quality item & makes retro fitting of the tap so much easier than the fixing pin & bracket you get with most taps of this price. I was able to fit the new tap by hand & didn't need to try to get grips onto the brass lock sleeve to tighten it up. This was a such a bonus as there was no room to use a a pair of grips. The lock sleeve is long enough to enable you get your whole hand around & tighten up, rather than just your fingers.I found I had to fit the tap in position & lock it in place wit the brass lock sleeve & then screw in the flexi connections for hot/cold/flexi head as I could not see a way to fit these connections first & then slide the seals & lock sleeve over these connections. That said, I did not have any problems making the flexi connections to the tap once it was in place, as the base of the tap extends into the space below the sink & I could literally see where the connections had to be made.the flexi hose connections that came with my tap were 1/2 female connection, which meant I had to purchase adaptors to convert my existing pipework connections from female to male, but this was simple enough.Overall, this seems like a pretty decent quality tap & the design for installation seems well thought out.I would definitely purchase this again & recommend to others.

Good tap.
Bought for my kitchen, but it was fiddly to install, the tools you need to do it are not included so you must get your own and the size of them got in the way, struggled but eventually got it on. It looks good and does the job it's meant to. I'd recommend this to people with the hint of getting the tools in first to do the job.
