Does its job.
Worked great for our 2013 Altima. 4000 miles later including cross country road trip in July, still working well!

Does NOT fit 98 Jeep Wrangler 4.0
This does NOT fit a 98 Jeep Wrangler 4.0, despite what Amazon says. The discharge port had a restriction that made it impossible to connect to the stock Jeep manifold. The mounting holes were about 1/4 inch too far forward, which had the effect of moving the pulley 1/4 inch further back than the rest of the pulleys. The electrical connector was completely wrong, and it had two conductors instead of one.

Much cheaper than factory..but works
1997 Jeep XJ..Not direct fit.. Had to cut off connector and install original.. AC compressor still didn't work and realized original AC compressor was grounded to compressor housing not the plug..I simply cut ground wire and grounded to bolt holding in Ac compressor..Now everything works perfectly!

Does NOT fit 97 Jeep Cherokee
Sadly, this was a too good to be true price. The AC clutch electrical connector was entirely incompatible with my Jeep. Another buyer said he had the same issue and just cut off the connector. Yeah, I could do that too, and void my warranty. Plus, that defeats the purpose of direct fit. This is definitely a cheaply rebuilt unit. There was no labeling on the box, the box had many black oil smudges on it and so did the unit itself. It looks nice in the photos but the main body was painted silver to make it look like fresh aluminum, but you can see the aluminum is very pitted like it was recycled from a Jeep was from an area with harsh winters and salted roads. This one is definitely going back.

Stay away from this seller!
Seller states compressor has a 1 year warranty, after 3 months the clutch burned out and would not engage, after reaching out to the seller to honor their warranty, they wanted me to change it out and purchase another clutch to get compressor to function again! Disassemble the unit and repair it with another part… Why?!! This is sold with the clutch assembly as a whole unit! Horrible customer service and an overall dishonorable company. I only left 1 star, since, zero stars is not an option to submit a review.
