Full round effect, can get hot
If you need a ballgown crinoline, this is the one to get, I tried other ones and they didn't get poofy enough. It does get hot under the dress thought; however, I did get married at the end of June, so that could be a contributing factor.

Great fit for my size 14 girls daughter!
