I am beyond annoyed that the remote control I received was NOT the remote pictured. I specifically ordered this remote because it has the Netflix button. The remote I received did not. I'm attaching a picture - my old (non-working) remote is on the left (and matches the product picture exactly) - the product I received is on the right. I will be VERY wary of ordering anything from this company again.
