Excellent quality hat that keeps you dry and warm in all weather. I use it for walking as well as playing golf, very lightweight, comfortable and versatile. I particularly like that the ear flaps can be lifted.

This hat was chosen for its adaptiveness by a keen walker. It is portable and folds/stashes into my bag and has protected my head and ears across many a windy field without blowing away. Very comfortable. As a lady wearer with long hair I am very impressed with the fit. I would highly recommend this hat. My measurements were correct. I will be buying another as my husband has borrowed it too many times now. It never looks crushed out of my bag but stylish and well made. Highly recommended by both of us!!

I love this hat very much, being a bald headed person, a lot of heat is lost. This hat keeps the heat in and the rain out. I certainly recommend Sealskinz hats.

It could breathe a little better when working hard in the hills, especially if like me you have a bald head, I wore a skull cap type beanie underneath, but that's a minor issue for a great hat, super warm and well worth the price tag.

I've been out in 50mph wind and rain in it and it does what it says on the tin- waterproof and windproof.I was worried the earflaps would blow up but they stayed in place even with no securing strap. The wired peak even stayed where I put it as well.Expensive but worth every penny, wish I'd got one years ago!This is the first review I've ever done so I guess that says it all.

Wouldn't complain if not for the marketing claiming they're ideal for extreme cold. Perfect fit a chilly evening but no use if it goes below zero.

Keeps head and ears warm does not breath but hey it’s water proof and warm on trail sealskins always makes good products

Light and warm and very comfy.Watertight too…The flaps can easily be tucked inside, to give a smarter look.The material can be crumpled into a very small size, but it develops no permanent creases when unfurled.Very good value for the money.

This is a super product - it certainly keeps my head warm and dry during the coldest/wettest days. It's at the high end of price, but you won't regret it.

I needed a hat for riding my mountain bike in the winter. This one is warm and stays put on the head. The ear flaps fit well and are warm. I found out that it is waterproof after getting caught miles from my truck in the rain at 39 degrees.The sizing does run small and I took the advice of reviewers and the company on their UK website and ordered one size larger. Don't fret if it's a little big as there is an adjustment strap on the back. I am happy to have found a product that performed as promised. It's a bit pricier than other hats, but so worth it.
