Good product overall. Fabric blocks light well. Roller operates smooth. One complaint (and it’s important), they need to use a better glue to attach the fabric to the roller. Within 1 day of hanging this, the adhesive gave way and the drape fell to the floor. I reattached with super glue.

The 24W-79 blackout shade is NOT 24 inches wide, actually only 21 3/4 inches! the material is effective at blocking sun, but before I order another size, I want accurate measurements. Easy to mount (I'm using outside window opening.)

The blinds are very easy to install. They don't hang even and this really annoys my OCD! The quality of the material used is cheap. Everything is very cheap plastic. They are priced too high for the quality of the shade. One of mine broke two days after installing. The roller on the left side broke. now the pull string wraps around the end of the shade so it is useless, unless I just leave it pulled down all the time. Also, if your at all OCD, they do no hang even no matter how hard I try and how much I fuss with it!!! That's annoying, especially for such a high price. I would not recommend these shades, nor would I purchase them again. I can find similar or better for much cheaper and should have looked around more. I would call Customer Service to return or replace, but I can not find a contact number. i have the item ready to mail back for replacement or refund. Waiting on the address to return it to. UPDATE: I have spoken with the seller many times via email. They will not send me an address to return or replace the shade. Now my return time has ended. I am stuck with a $36 broken shade!

This item instructions were not well written. If I didn’t have great skills in putting together things it would have been very difficult. Day 1 the plastic ball link pulley came off track several times. But I’m a gulden for punishment so I kept putting it back together. But I will be returning this item only after giving it a fair weekend. Also the top side keep falling apart allowing the shade to fall. This construction is not well built. I’m really sad because I looked at so many other products prior to buying this one.

I gave 3 stars only because the blinds hardware is cheap plastic at the ends so when you pull the blinds down or up the ends pop off Everytime. So I had to screw the ends into the wall with an l bracket.i won't buy these again. Oh an also when you roll the blinds down they just fall all the way down if it's not at the right spot for weight distribution. So if your window is 35inch high and when the blinds are rolled to 36inch then it will roll all the way out...so I cut the extra off which was about half..waste of money for me...so if u have a big window that you want closed with a curtain the majority of the time and no children will mess with it..then this might work for you..also they need a better clip to hold the chain..it's a small little plastic piece that looks like it supposed to be in the operation game.

I bought 2 of these roller blinds to address an issue of a front-facing street light that made darkness impossible on my room at night. I ordered the 42" width models (my windows are about 43" in width but it is always better to allow some clearance). These blinds come with plenty of installing options, I decided for the inside mount which went well with the narrow 2.5" depth I had available. Just screw in a pair of clamps and presto. Everything else comes pre-mounted. Short for the unavoidable edges where light filters through, the blinds effectively seal shut the incoming light — this I can live with. The fabric fortunately isn't thick which was a plus in my case since my windows are much more wide than tall as it shows. With careful use, these should last in top shape for years.

If you need to block out the bright sun or want to control heat, these blinds are perfect. I installed each of the two I purchased in about 10-15 minutes with only a small electric drill and a screwdriver. The blinds are very easy to raise and lower. The cord seems a little flimsy, but so long as we are careful, think these will last a long time. I’m hoping these blinds will withstand my dog better than standard Venetian blinds.

This was so easy to install and it will totally blackout any light.The material is heavy-duty and wipes clean.I've bought 2 and will be getting more. This product can mount inside or front.

Terrible. 3 out of the 4 shades we ordered are broken already. The cord easily detaches from the socket. DO NOT BUY.
