Rich, sweet, fatty, with many flavor additives; Terrible...just read the ingredients
I have had these for a month or so and am throwing two of the four boxes in the garbage. I once would have liked them, but my taste has radically changed over the years in favor of simpler, more natural foods, at least in some categories. It is not a health thing...merely what appeals to me vs. what, in this case, repulses me. They have a very rich, sweet, buttery flavor flavor that is just not what I want in a cracker. I know that this is what many people do want; most crackers in the grocery store these days lean strongly in that direction.I was moved to try these crackers, because my beloved Canada Stoned Wheat Thins are chronically unavailable for months at a time, especially since Covid hit. They are in stock at a normal price from Amazon at the moment, and I bought two cases. I eat a lot of crackers and certainly am opinionated on the subject! The Stoned Wheat Thins are really an oddity in the market, seemingly almost as plain and simple as the awful basic "saltines." But stoned wheat thins have a delicious, understated, not overly rich, truly natural flavor. And they have a wonderful texture that greatly contributes to the pleasure of eating them. They are CRACKERS. These Breton multigrain things are baked, floury platforms for a witches' brew of fats, sweeteners, flavor "enhancers," and nameless other additives.

Too much sugar and includes lecithin and a highly processed seed oil = very unhealthy!
I have to start carefully reading the online labels of such products here on Amazon. I didn't realize these whole grain crackers were so unhealthy. Why is it that manufacturers don't use olive oil or coconut oil instead of adding Omega-6 PUFA rich, artery clogging seed oils like canola or, like these crackers, sunflower seed oil? To make these oils the seeds or plants are heavily processed using high temperatures, mechanical pressing, harsh solvents and bleach. Not a very healthy mix!Even the lecithin used has a growing body of evidence indicates it is converted by gut bacteria into trimethylamine N-oxide (TMAO), which is absorbed by the gut and may with time contribute to atherosclerosis and heart attacks.

Consumer Reports loves it
Top rated by Consumers Reports for taste, this multi-grain cracker is also healthy. The cracker travels well and it is unlikely you will find any broken crackers.Note this cracker sells locally for $2.00 on sale and the everyday price is $3.00 per box

Better flavor and crunch than Milton's, but both are are very "snack-worthy."
IMO, these are more flavorful than the original Milton's crackers. Both are good, but Dare Breton definitely wins.

Galletas Brenton
Galletas muy buenas para acompaƱar quesos, y otros piscolabis. No son saladas y se mantienen frescas en la nevera.

Breton's high quality, as always.
Love these crackers. But a tad expensive. Still, all I could find online. Otherwise, highly satisfied.

Flavorful!
I have enjoyed this product because of flavor, ease of use, and flexibility (the variety of ways I use the cracker).
