Maybe they were better, but junk now
I have some older non-security Torx bits from EAB, and they are fine, and the holder was decent. I purchased this expecting comparable quality.Apparently, this has been redesigned since the pictures were taken and most of the reviews made. It looks nothing like the bit holder shown, and the bits were junk with uneven tips on them. Also, getting the bits in and out of the holder is next to impossible.In short, the picture, the product, and reviews are old.

for those hard-to-reach torx heads
Nice and thin, long bit for reaching those narrow spaced torx head. Saves me in some case. Seems to be very hard steel. Didn't break one yet.
