Very pretty but FYI...handle is yellow glass not gold.
I just unpacked this so I can’t speak to the durability of it.I wanted to show a true depiction of the handle. If you like this product because you think the handle is gold, it’s not (big reason I bought it).Its still pretty just not what I thought it would be. Felt like the photos were a little misleading with the handle finish.

Small but Effective & Instant Social Capital to Boot
After being surprised by the size and nearly returning it (was originally advertised as 80 fl oz, which was corrected after I'd purchased it), disappointed by the price vs size vs fragility aspect of the whole thing, it turns out I'm quite glad I held onto it. So far! It's been about a month and this little guy - to date - hasn't let me down. It's the perfect size to just fill up for the day, put on your desk, and just refill your cup all day long. If it were bigger, you'd probably be spoiling whatever was in it on a hot day, and it might not taste so great the next day. But the size is just the perfect portion to knock it all back over the course of 8-16 hours or so, imo, so a nice pitcher of tea won't typically go off in that time frame. (Not a lot of people seem to realize this, but tea does acquire a rotten taste after it's been out for most of a hot day and cooled back down, approached later - this is a difference between classy restaurants and less classy restaurants, if you're prone to ordering ice tea).Anyway, I digress. The thing is, it's a really nice pitcher. Quite aesthetically pleasing, and a classy yet functional thing to have out on your desk. How pretty this pitcher is sitting there, just big enough to attract more attention than the other elements of disarray, is a very convenient distraction for the prying eyes of others who come to look upon the clutter and judge. Instead of the usual :-\ face, this pitcher tends to turn it into a :-} expression of intrigue and delight, often accompanied by, "Oh that's a lovely pitcher!" or "Would you like me to put on some more water for another pitcher? Looks like you're getting low..."What lovely, thoughtful people! But you see, these were the same ones who did :-\ this before the pitcher. What has changed? This single item has spellbound them, persuaded them that I'm not just a leering, glass-eyed code monkey stooped over an analog datahoard who keeps all essential worldly possessions indiscriminately (allegedly) within arm's reach at all times during the day. They now, instead, look up on me as a productive member of society with a deceptively efficient, albeit elusive, workflow and extraordinarily refined taste in kitchenware.Nothing can really mitigate this in terms of ROI, but let's just attend to prior complaints by other reviewers -The handle...oh yes, that thing seems very flimsy, and it is glass and thin. So far, so good, however! It is regularly filled and used all throughout the day, every day, without incident. The glass thickness - ah, well, it was a trade off to make it suitably light. Some of us have fiddly little snowman twig arms all limp and anemic from sitting in shadows haloed by the blue glare of a multi LCD setup, just clicking and typing all day. Not saying that's me, just saying some people might not have signed up for the extra weight thicker glass would have added on to the already hefty weight of a full 60 oz pitcher. Sure, I'd love a heavier pitcher. I'd get a little workout. It only worries me twice a day, every day, when - with Tibetan breathing exercises - I attempt to rinse it in a tiny sink basin, and after when, hail Marying with the free hand, I gently place it on the faux granite countertop where it crunches lightly a soft cushion of roommate crumbs, which tirelessly pad its descent. The rest of the time, I feel the glass thinness has no bearing. After all, could a thicc pitcher be so impossibly elegant? And may these words never echo back to haunt me, but this is a study little fellow that seems quite untippable, so that isn't such a concern either.

Fantastic - beautiful - high quality - boiling water NO PROBLEM
I name tea from boiling water every morning and then leave it sitting out on the counter all day while I drink it - it’s BEAUTIFUL and looks so nice. I did buy trivets to put it on - as felt fragile putting directly on granite - handle is yellow glass (appears like gold metal in the pictures on Amazon). It’s really beautiful - can stick my entire hand inside to clean. Easy to dry.

Very cute
I am so so happy with this purchase. I honestly bought it to use as a vase for fresh cut flowers from the farmers market, but I love it as it’s intended purchase as well!Feels very solid as well!

Perfect Size For Fridge
I really like this pitcher. It’s the perfect size for the fridge. It’s convenient to have on the table for guests to refill their glasses quickly instead of going to the fridge dispenser. It has a elegant look as well. It does feel a bit light in weight and I tend to lift it both from the handle and the bottom when full because the glass handle does not seem especially sturdy to me. It’s easy to clean, the lid fits snugly and I’ve had no issues with it leaking while pouring.

Sturdy and Heat Resistant
Fairly big for what I thought it would be. I can pour piping hot tea in it. It's made of a very thick glass and the handle is glass as well.

don’t order!
I like the look and decided it would be fun to have something different for coffee or a party but it came in shards the only thing that survived was the top called Amazon they sent another one out it was great perfect couldn’t wait to use it and I threw the broken one away now the company wants it back so I have to send the new one back to them or I will get charged twice so I didn’t get to use it and I’m sending back the good oneYou would think they wouldn’t want it back when it was so broken, it was more of a safety thing.

Beautiful & Perfect
I've only started using this (just for filling up the reservoir of my coffee pot) and love it. So far. Had a few disappointments on the way to this beauty. It's so pretty, it sits on a trivet on my counter. I will say, it seems very sturdy and holds the perfect amount of water for the Cuisinart coffee pot I also purchased from Amazon. It came packaged well, which tells me this vendor cares about good service. I definitely recommend!

Buena producto
