The PlantVital saffron arrived in a timely manner with careful packaging. I rely on saffron to control my appetite so that I can easily stay on a Weight Watchers diet. The results during the past two months have been excellent. Even my family doctor agrees that saffron can be helpful for appetite control. I tried following a diet before taking the supplements and found the process to be difficult. Now I can follow a sensible diet with minimal effort. I am surprised that few people know that saffron can be helpful for appetite control. I referred two other people to the supplement as a hunger reducer and they were pleased as well.

I purchased this product for the eye health benefits I’ve read about. An easy to swallow tablet, I appreciate that only 1 a day is required.I have only taken these for a couple weeks and have noticed that my appetite is less. A good thing to happen!Look forward to other benefits as time goes on!

I have read so many great things about Saffron and this is my second time trying it but it gives me horrible bladder infections. The same thing happened to my girlfriend! The company/brand did nothing wrong and is probably a great product but shared my review in case some one else too has this problem taking Saffron.

Shipped super fast. I bought it mostly for its "Appetite suppressant" claims. And I'll be d*mned.... But it DOES do that, in a good way. I've been using them for about a month now, as directed, and I really do like them. I feel like when I do eat, they also make me "feel" fuller faster. NO, they don't stop you from "binging junk food" (remember there's no such thing as a magic pill) BUT I have noticed I'm more in control of when I do want to snack or eat and I don't have that urge to sit down and snack just because I can. They don't make me jittery, don't upset my stomach, easy-ish to swallow, and I'm actually impressed... Will 100% keep taking these. I like em.

I was recently diagnosed with macular degeneration - early stages. A few days ago I read a Peoples' Pharmacy article on how taking saffron was actually reversing the condition. It was all anecdotal, but convincing—and I am a skeptic. So I did some research and settled on PlantVitals saffron capsules. I have been taking them daily and hope to see some improvement on my condition.

I did some research on supplementation with saffron and found studies on its effectiveness for dementia maintenance and bought them for my mother but in my research I found it did well in reducing appetite. I've always struggled with snacking and cravings so I thought why not give it a shot too since saffron has so many health benefits. Well I have been taking 2 pills every morning for the last week as I'm trying to lose 20 pounds and thought maybe it would help. I can't tell you why, but for once I am not obsessively thinking about snacking when I shouldn't be! It has been so much easier to go longer without food because I don't have a compulsion anymore, I just eat when I'm hungry! I am also trying to lose weight so I'm sure that's part of it but usually when I've tried, I've craved eating more haha and that's not the case this time. I'd say give this a shot if you're trying to lose weight, it has other health benefits anyways! But one week and I'm down 3 pounds and I have a thyroid issue!
