Great book but there aren't enough images
This book is great for understand how humans should move efficiently avoiding injuries. The concept is clearly explained to be able to pinpoint the errors that generally cause injuries and it provide some exercises. Unfortunately there are just a few photos of exercises and foremost are difficult to understand. If the book gave better explanations about how to do the exercises, definitely it would be a great book. Nonetheless, is a great resource if you want to overcome some problems (back pain, knee pain, etc.), avoid injuries or improve your speed in running.

Great read, truly revolutionary in that there’s no high tech mumbo-jumbo, just getting back to basics and common sense.

A true game changer
GOATA is not the “traditional” training method that is promoted in today’s society but it has truly has made a difference in my movement patterns and I no longer feel lower back nor knee pain that had been nagging me for awhile as a result of poor movement patterns. Take a chance to read the book without any bias or personal agendas, your body will thank you for it.

I've bought many books on the subject of training and avoiding injury, especially as we age....... this short read stands at the top my list.I recommend this read and make it a way of life.

The GOAT of all training methods

GOATA is the answer (seriously it is), but this book is not good. Just follow them on Instagram to get an idea of the basic principles and if you want to go deeper hire a virtual coach for a month.
