It is a easy to use hair curler, compared to traditional curling tongs. No burnt fingers using this device. The hair is automatically taken up into the barrel and curled in the heated rod that is within the device. Beeps sound to indicate when to withdraw the hair. Very happy with this device indeed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Of course, only appropriate size pieces of hair should be inserted and not huge bundles of hair should be taken to curl at a time. It is automatic but some common sense is still required!

Used once and follow up it doesn't work at all now. Waste of money.

My hair is long and hard to curl as it’s dead straight.I bought this to try and it’s amazing! Lovely soft curls...it even curls the ends round!It takes a bit of getting used to...I hold it in my palm, with the screen in my hand. Then place the hair along the top, press the buttons at the sides and it’s done! Wait for the 3 beeps and take it out. It does single beeps before the final three. If it does three at the start, then it’s not in right. It does this if the strands are too thick, but you soon get used to how much hair to put it.I’ve used it a few times and I absolutely love it!Best thing I’ve bought in ages!

It is pretty easy to use just need to practice a few times but makes lovely curls, doesn't really work for someone with long hair. But happy with purchase.

I've bought this as a Christmas gift for my 13yo daughter so was not planning on opening and trying. But the box arrived damaged - which didn't happen in transit as it was packaged inside a different box with another (soft) item which was perfect condition and packed well.I was concerned how this has happened and hoping it isnt a faulty return! So I took it out to just plug it in and see if it switched on/heats up which it does. So hopefully there are no problems! And I'm hoping my daughter has some sense of how to use this contraption seeing as the 'instructions' do not actually instruct you how to use?!
