The packaging is nice...I didnt believe it would work cuz I tried so many flat irons 🤭 ,so go ahead,just dont underestimate heat damage...use a good protector spray and ur required temperature

First off, I died over the packaging, the box is black and heavy with a magnetic closure and the straightener inside is in a velvet bag. I was super impressed with the presentation. After being a loyal Chi lover for my entire adult life, I was advised to get a straightener with temperature control since my hair is so *ahem* processed. This thing really wowed me! Heats up super fast and works great even in my short hair. It only required one pass to tame my naturally wavy hair and it left it sleek and soft (see photo). The number one thing I loved was that it didn't snag on my hair!!! All other straighteners Ive purchased have done that. I can't believe it was so affordable but is such a high quality product. Very impressed!

This straightener is the best I've ever had haven't had a upgrade in 5 years and this is so great just look at the photos of my hair. Only thing I did was after I got out the shower, I used my L'oreal Sleek-It Iron Heat Spray and blow dried my hair that's it. This took me 20 mins and I used it at 450° and that took 30 seconds for it to get hot at that temperature. If you are skeptical about buying this, DONT BE. It is great!!!

I used to have a chi straightener and it was always okay, but I got rid of it because it never seemed quite hot enough. I’ve tried some cheaper alternatives since then and haven’t been happy. So I was visiting with family and borrowed their straightener and wow was it great!! It was this one, so I had to order one myself! The price point is amazing for what you’re getting. Well worth it. I’m so happy I ordered this. My hair is the wavy, fly away type that seems to take forever to straighten. Well not with this. It’s super fast and I do my hair more often now! I love that you can set a temperature digitally. I like that so much better than a little dial. It also has presets so you don’t have to click up and down all the time. There were a few color choices which is fun. The cord is thick and smooth, which probably doesn’t effect it’s function, but I like it. Comes with a nice little baggie to store/travel. So happy to have found this product!!

I'm very happy with this straightener. digital readout is nice and bright easy to adjust has an automatic shut off. There is a lock button to close the plates together which has proved useful when traveling and sticking it in a suitcase when it's still slightly warm. The plates are wider than my former straightener so it takes less time to cover my whole head. Cord is nice and long and quite beefy. Arrives nicely packaged in a magnetic box and a velvet pouch. Would make a nice gift. Good pick

Shipped really quickly and opened it immediately. Nothing was wrong with the packaging, it was perfect. I absolutely loved the color & used it right away. Made my hair feel silky smooth and heated up fast. No bad smell of a new steaightener. I dont need a really high temp so i left it on 350 and it worked great. Definitely a recommend!

I love this tool! I have purchased several different types of straighteners over the years - from the average priced ones to the top-of-the-line ones. The things I look most for are heat options, heat damage, and speed of straightening. This passes all three with flying colors. It has several heat options (with three preset settings, if you prefer) for your hair type. It heats up within seconds, which is amazing! I use my heat protection spray and even using the hottest setting, my hair comes out SO silky with zero damage. I have pretty wavy hair that is super thick, but it will straighten it with one pass. I do one more just to make it extra straight. I can do my whole head of hair in less than 10 minutes, which I never thought was possible. You won’t be sorry with this purchase!!
