I did not get any instructions but it was easy to assemble. Upon delivery the box was smashed and the top of one chair was sticking out which allowed the content to shift and damage the back of one chair. We contacted the manufacturer and theytook care of the problem and quickly sent out replacement parts. The damage was due to rough handling by the delivery company. Once I got the chairs assembled I was surprised by the sturdiness and comfort of these chairs. I am considering order another set. I highly recommend these for the price paid.

I like to read reviews on people who have had their product for a while and how well it's held up over time rather than reviews on how great a product is just after arrival. We purchased these chairs in 2019 and use them regularly and they are holding up well and are still comfortable with no visible signs of wear and tear with the cushions or frame. We're very happy with them and we do keep them out of the weather on our deck which is covered so not sure how they would be if left out in the open.

Beautiful chairs and love the blue. Cushions could be more comfortable, but I think it just needs to be worn in. I mean they are still great to sit in despite that. Overall the chair is solid and should last for years. Love them!

We purchased two sets of these for a small patio area to watch the sunsets. As you can see they look great and inviting. They were fairly simple to assemble and were packaged well.Two years later… they are all rusting and are needing to be replaced. They lasted just two summers and one chair completely broke, now there are three.

2nd purchase of two chairs, first set bought in 2020 as a gift, my sister liked them then and want two more now. These are packed well, easy to assemble IF you have basic tool skills but I would recommend getting help unless you are a use to these projects. The instructions are clear and all parts are marked well and they include some special tools. It takes about an hour to unpack and assemble the first chair, then a 1/2 hour for the second chair. I put mine together on carpet (lay out on cardboard if no other choice) and then delivered to her for her outdoor patio, I would not try on concrete or even in grass because of damage to items or loosing small parts (screws, etc.). Assemble hint: Start all screws in each part before beginning to tighten, also leave the main rocking frame bolts loose until chair is setting on four legs on level surface before tightening them down with wrench to keep feet all level on chair.

The assembly was fairly straightforward. The chairs do not glide, but have a gentle bounce that is quite pleasant. They seem sturdy (time will tell, for the summer season has not started) and are not difficult to move around. The cushions attach and remove easily, which will be important when Texas spring is in full swing with everything is being covered with 'green dust' for a month or so. Initially the legs were a bit unlevel, but after sitting in the chairs it evened out. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Very study chairs BUT on the other hand seat Cushing junk.supporting straps for Cushing stretch BUT won’t return too normal size.My wife called customer/service with chair co.they more or less said if you want to resolve this problem you half to give chairs a good rating.BUY THEM & YOU WILL C WHAT I MEAN.They sent us same Cushing and Cushing support junk ended up buying new Cushings & ratchet straps sits fine now

Very happy with these chairs. Assembly went smoothly and they are super comfortable. We are short people so nice to have a chair lower to the ground. They slightly glide and cushion is very soft. I'm marking these down only a bit because the color is not white. It's more light brown/oatmeal and at first I was not certain the color would work with the other patio furniture but it did, and I'm glad they worked out.
