USB Charging Port Socket Board JDS-040 JDS 040 for Sony Playstion 4 PS4 Controller + 12 Pin Ribbon Cable

The replacement part works great and my controller both charges fine and can be used wirelessly. Unfortunately my order was a little defective as there was a extra bit of board that was above the port. As soon as I snapped the extra off the piece worked as intended but it was a little frustrating as little deforms like that can be overlooked unless the a side by side comparison is provided to a no defective one. I had to compare the delievered port to my broken one just to see the difference before snapping off the piece and installing it. (Yes my controller is model jds 040). Other than a minor bit of board that halted installation the part works great!!!!!

I should have verified my connector before ordering. I went off the model number. It was different than what my controller was equipped with. Was able to make it work though. Good product, swift delivery.

Saved me $60 for a new controller after my husband drowned on in sweet tea. I cleaned it and replaced this part and it’s as good as new.

I typed my model controller in the search tab and this was the first option that pop up.Once it was shipped, and I got it immediately opened my controller and surprise! The USB port of the controller was different!Waste of time! Open your controller and check the model of the USB port!
