Harder to find non CFL/LED bulbs these days which I've switched out throughout the house, however there's some units that really do require incandescent ex: touch lamps. GE bulbs are good, they suit their purpose. I stocked up after I ordered the last of a certain modern style model of lamp which they're actually changng to be modern by switching to LED however will no longer have touch control. I have someone where this is very helpful for them.

Many bulbs like this one have points on one end and my lamps can't deal with that.

These are great bulbs. I have them in my kitchen and in a ceiling fan fixture that is in a covered area outside. For a 40-watt bulb, they give off a nice amount of light. The reveal bulbs provide clean white light, not the yellow cast average incandescent bulbs give off. I have had them for a few months so I can't say how long they'll last but I'm pleased with the reveal bulbs. I use the energy (CFL) bulbs throughout my home except for the smaller "chandelier" style like this one. I have not been able to find an energy CFL bulb in this style/size.

Packaging was good and no damage was done with the bulbs.

These are the only bulbs are use my whole house, and you just can’t find them in the stores anymore. Love them!
