I typically snowboard on my lunch break, so I needed some discreet, keto-friendly sustenance for when I'm back at my desk. This works well--easy to sip throughout the day from my hydro flask. The flavor is strong enough that I can add a couple extra ounces of water to make it last longer without diluting the taste. If I take a 1pm break, I'll typically start sipping on one pouch around 11:30 and then a second pouch at 2pm when I'm back. It's mildly expensive at two packs a day, but I will still order these again. All three flavors are great, but the Thai Green Curry is my favorite (for whatever that's worth!).--Rob

I am a repeat buyer of Kiss My Keto Bone Broth. First it is important to me the salt is lower than most popular bone broths. I know it’s not a concern for those who do strict keto, but I am not following a keto high protein diet. I supplement my diet with broth when I am hungry, but don’t want a meal, and this bone broth is perfect.

The only flavor I could stomach was the salt and pepper chicken. I will purchase it alone in the future. Maybe just my personal preference, others could potentially enjoy the others, however in my opinion I would just go with the s&p chick if you're not into strange flavors.

The Beef Chili has a very regrettable taste (artificial, nothing like "mom used to make"). However, the Lemon Turkey Thyme and Green Curry Thai Chili are tasty enough. The texture is good and the broth can make for a decent afternoon snack. The sodium content is a bit high so watch out if that is a concern for you.

The first original order of the chili beef, turkey, and chicken, flavors were absolutely delicious and Very flavorful!However the second order was Very Very Different, very watered down, and bland. The second order variety pack was also labeled different from the first, the second variety pack was two chicken flavors were, Thai green curry and salt and pepper chicken, & spicy beef. The first order was spicy chili beef, turkey flavor and Thai curry chicken, however totally not the same.Did you change your ingredients? Please go back to the flavorful original ingredients. Easy and efficient "cup of soup" for a cold day, or making a pot of soup. I'm using 2 of the Chicken in my crock pot right now with some fresh chicken. I'll then add some vegetables and perhaps even some of my "miracle noodles"! Thank you KIss my Keto! Add to this post: The soup turned out really, really great! We had it for breakfast. I took some of the soup, added some eggs, similar to egg drop soup. Spouse was very impressed! Froze some for another day!

Finding a really good tasting, portable, convenient, true Keto soup is not as easy as one would think. So many of the keto broths either taste like nothing or taste like dog hair soup. I wasted a lot of dollars trying to find the best one. So consider yourself lucky - I did the work for you. My husband and I are on our 4th order now so we are going on subscription next order, its cheaper and its a keeper. Cheers!

Ok so I got this for my post op diet and I’m not into any kind of fad diets or lifestyles ... as in I eat fast food sometimes and try to be healthy occasionally. I have not had the beef chili flavor yet but the other two are not that great. Probably the one that is least disgusting is the chicken Thai one . But I’m sure it might be better if I put salt in it ? I don’t know but the turkey thyme one was so bad I thought about salt but then washed it down the drain. I just couldn’t eat it . I ate a little more of the chicken packet. Unless the beef is amazing I’m probably not buying again.I’m really only writing this review to say if you ARE unsure look for something else, don’t waste your money. There’s other packets out there like herb ox that are much better. Thank m sure they don’t have quite the nutrition and amount of protein these do but the taste is significantly better. It’s actually GOOD.

I was looking forward to trying these but I found they tasted awful. The customer service more than made up for it. I have tried their bars before and loved them. I will definitely purchase more products from them in the future.
