Biofreeze Pain Relief Gel, 4 oz. Tube, Colorless, Fast Acting, Long Lasting, & Powerful Topical Pain Reliever, Pack of 4

I have been buying the gel for years and it works super well. Unfortunately, this order of gel was different. The tube opening is changed and more frustrating, the formula is changed. I think it is the same formula as the roll on. It's much thinner, not really a gel, doesn't stick to my skin very well and, therefore, doesn't work as well. I tried the roll on at some point and had these problems with it. That's why I always buy the gel. Also, I'm not sure if it's the new top or the consistency but when I open the top, at least twice as much gel as I need just pours out without squeezing the tube. So I am now paying twice as much for the product by having to discard half of what comes out. If I try to use it, the excess just runs off my skin and stains my clothes. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. Hasn't the manufacturer heard, "If it isn't broken, don't fix it?" Maybe this is their way to cheat us out of our money.Update. I've had several weeks to compare this product to the previous formula as I still had part of a tube of the previous. This one is much thinner and doesn't stay on as long providing less pain relief. It also burns my skin unpleasantly when I put it on where the previous doesn't. Really still extremely frustrated with this new formula.Update 2. I figured this out. Even though the picture shows the old biofreeze tube, I was sent a new professional biofreeze. When I contacted the seller, they blew me off saying something like, they were in contact with the manufacture and there were no changes. This isn't true. Not only did they send the wrong product but the packaging is different. They could have helped me figure out the problem if they cared too but, obviously, they didn't. Will never buy anything from this seller again.

This product is no miracle cure but it seems to slightly help my back. I have a herniated disc and at times when I work out or something and my back is feeling a little sore I will use this. I specifically bought these because the last biofreeze type I had used had an extremely strong scent. These have a scent also but less noticeable.A word of caution. Do not apply this to any sensitive skin or near your eyes because it will burn. Also make sure to wash your hands after applying it because you do not want to accidentally touch your eyes afterwards!

I found this stuff or Aleve pills did not fix my pain by themselves but the combination of both seem to be a miracle. I was pretty messed up and could not wash my hair with my right arm. Now doing much better. Seller was Amazon and it came as professional strength. You may want to ask current seller on their strength. Menthol content goes from 4% to 5% if that matters to you.

We been purchasing Biofreeze for over 10 years. The solution works better than any of the over the counter stuff, and also better than the doctor prescribed creams as well. You can't go wrong with biofreeze for joint pain.

Biofreeze is our go to product for achy muscles and and sore joints. I love how quickly it goes to work and it lasts for hours. Our boys play sports so we really go through this stuff. We've tried others who claim to be better or have no scent, but they don't do the job like Biofreeze. My elderly parents even swear by it. Good stuff!

This is great for sore muscles, leg cramps, arthritis. First was recommended by physical therapist and purchased from her. It’s a bit cheaper to buy from Amazon. Highly recommend if you have pain that keeps you from falling asleep. The cooling soothing feeling of this non greasy product is great.

This is the best product for reliving pain... lower back and nerves in right thigh... this helps a ton!Love this stuff... wonderful penetration hot / cold sensation

I'm very upset when I opened 2nd tube because the 1st tube have no cooling at all .The 2nd tube is the same.The descriptions is wrong.Better use ice .Waste of money .
