The blade doesn't cut at all, it doesn't even rip, it just screws the paper up, I tried making a nick in the paper to start it off and it made no difference, a right disappointment.

disappointing but worth a try for the price
Didn’t cut a single piece of wrapping paper. It just ripped it. It might work with different paper, but didn’t work with any of mine so that’s all I can go by.
