Q: Question for users who have had it for a while and use it at least 3 times a week. Does it really only last 3 months?

I only use mine on big lift attempts, so maybe 2-3 times a week and only when working at peak effort for compound lifts, but I’ve had it for over a year and it still works great. I don’t think it’s necessarily a great idea to use it continuously in your workouts, as like anything else it can become a crutch, but it is definitely effective when working in the 90% 1RM range.

Q: Does this product have any corn derived ingredients?

I think it has sorgum and a little bit of wheat for taste. Maybe a sprinkle of oregano.

Q: Are these legal for competition in IPF or other powerlifting federations?

Yes they are, plus when you go to compete, they will give you a list of things that they don’t allow, but I have used a mouth piece in every event I have done without any problems. They are a safety device. Always ask when you go to compete and sign up, they can let you know.

Q: Can you put back in the case without touching it and vice versa on your mouth?

Yes you can put the mouthpiece in without touching it. That’s how I do it since my hands touch barbells that others have used I try to never touch the mouthpiece with my hands.
