This keep sake box truly makes an amazing gift. I was searching high and low for a present to give a doctor I had been seeing for a very long time and it was time to part ways. I saw this thank you keepsake box and knew it would serve the purpose. Whatever my expectations, this box is even more elegant in person. It is very well crafted, made of the highest quality and the velvet lining adds that perfect special touch. Looking for an ideal gift this box is truly a touching and classy one. I loved the saying already on the lid of the box - served my purpose perfectly but it is also very easy to switch it out with something else if you so choose. Often when purchasing an item like this it may seem somewhat cheaply made or lacking in quality when received. Not this. It is a truly elegant keepsake box you could use for yourself but it makes the perfect gift. And the person I gave it too just loved it and was touched deeply. Highly recommend.

Beautiful box. I usually buy 2 items when able in case I decide I want one myself. One box I got the lid and the glass covering the lid came off when I first opened the box. I attempted to fix it but it wasn't the same and I couldn't return it. I'm glad I got 2 and the one I got to keep is still a beautiful box to have.

Beautiful box however when I opened and then closed lid it did not close all the way. Had a big gap that was not appropriate to gift to someone so returned. Maybe I just received a defect. Sad because it really is a beautiful box.
