Monopoly: Star Wars Complete Saga Edition Board Game for Kids Ages 8 & Up

The media could not be loaded. This was a Christmas Gift to my brother who is a huge Monopoly and Star Wars fan. If you have someone like that in your family, or circle of friends, then this game is the ultimate gift. There are all three trilogies in the one game. I could see it being a trip down memory lane and a fun mental escape for any Star Wars lover. The graphics on the board are very colorful and artsy. Properties include Planets and Droids, and instead of houses and hotels, this edition features TIE fighters and X-Wings. There are 9 character tokens that represent all 9 films. Like traditional Monopoly the person left with credits, after everyone else is bankrupt, is the winner. Overall, it is a high quality game for a unique collector.

My 7 year old loves star wars, so we got him this game for Christmas. It's been a hit! Similar to regular monopoly, except for the board locations are planets, droids etc and the money is 10 and 50 credit pieces. Credits are cardboard but sturdy. The tokens are star wars characters and seem to be made of metal which gives the game a more quality feel than some versions I've seen. Characters are a mix of old and new, including Darth Maul, Padme, younger Han Solo, young Luke, young Leia, Chewy, Darth Vadar, and also Rey and Kylo Ren. We have played with our 5 and 7 year old and all enjoy it. Full disclosure, we've never technically finished a whole game, we generally wrap it up when the first person goes bankrupt and then just count up everyone's assets and declare a winner. I definitely recommend it and feel it was a good price for what you get.

We are absolutely LOVING this monopoly game! It includes references to all 9 movies. The imperial credits (currency) are super simple as well as the rent prices for the planets (properties). This makes it very enjoyable to play with younger kids. There is plenty for the big kids to keep up with by figuring out the quotes on the chance cards and what took place on each planet (space) you land on. It can be a very fast-paced game, because of the simplicity of the money and rent, but also because of the “light speed” feature that allows you to skip ahead. Instead of houses and hotels, you use tie fighters and x-wing fighters to increase your planet’s value. We can’t stop playing this fun version of monopoly with our three kids, ages 9-13 (2 boys, 1 girl). It’s great family fun!!

Loving star wars, bought this game I did. I was expecting a monopoly game with a different board, etc but the usual money. The game uses only 2 units for money. Having just tried monopoly with my daughter, there were too many different bills. 2 different coins were great for a transition from junior versions.In the star wars side, the use of the planets for places is great. Switching from tie fighters to xwings is contrary to the game. Should have used a cruiser for the hotel. The plastic pieces are fragile also as I’ve got another game with the same pieces and a few of those have brokenFinally, I’d buy it again so I’m a happy purchaser

I got this for my husband for anniversary. This was a great gift he loved it! This is a great family game with spent a lot of time playing and it was very fun. I really like the pieces. The only thing I didn’t like is that I feel like there should be more money(credits) for more players

This could be played pretty quick if you want. We love star wars so it was the best option for us. Classic game play

Like limited money, property fines cause game to move along quickly. Names of property difficult to pronounce
