Palmer Fixture TD0220-01 Impress Lever Roll Towel Dispenser, Dark Translucent (2-(Pack))

It keeps binding up. Can't find info to message seller. Since I ordered it and sent it to my mom, don't have much time to return it. Wish I could talk to someone about it. They may have some insight to fix it. Ordered a different model and it works great. Threw this piece of crap in the trash. Waste of money. No number to call and complain. Smart on their part.If there was a NO STAR option I would have used it. And seems as no one cares to read this and make a suggestion or comment...from the seller or Amazon

This item broke after 1st day it was put up, very cheap plastic not well made at all. The clip on inside is very fragile white plastic, i knew it was not going to last, This was very poor made knowing you open and close these a lot to replace the paper. cheap clip will break, but the handle broke off first. cannot use it at all.. sending back for refund. out of 10 i would give this item -11.

Easy to use but flimsy product. They spring return mechanism on the towel advance lever failed in less than a month.

From the moment I installed this dispenser, it has consistently not worked. The towels always bunch up between the rollers, and I have tried using multiple brands and types of towels. Unfortunately it was too late to return it by the time it was installed. However, I figured that spending $35 would at least yield some results other than simply never working from the get go. We now have a $35 hunk of plastic hanging in our office bathroom. Don't bother with this, there are comparable products which are slightly more expensive but actually work.

The paper towels tend to bunch up in the cutter and it's a pain to get the paper free and working again. We had to bend on it and broke the cutter and tape it back in place. A pain.

Worked well in a Commerical application

this is the 2nd one i bought. well walled mount tools for towel dispenser.i recommend it for office and small business.
