Somark Multifunctional Infrared Convection Rotisserie Dual-Chamber Oven with Fast Cooking Pizza Drawer 1500W

We had initial trouble receiving the package, but I won’t include that in the review here. It was taken care of.Having had this a few weeks now, the biggest problem is that the cover for the mode dial—the one in which you choose rotisserie or broil or bake or warm—came off. You can still turn the dial, but you can’t figure out what setting you’re on without some guesswork (“This is for sure the rotisserie, so I need to turn two more notches...”)Because of that it seems pretty cheap.That fear of durability aside, the rotisserie works well, and doesn’t make a mess in the oven like I had feared. The bottom drawer is great for toasting and cooking items crisp.You can’t use both at the same time, however a trick I learned is that if the butter for garlic toast is too cold to spread, I can place the bread in there with pats on top while, say, the lasagna is baking. The butter softens nicely. So it’s still a bit of a warming drawer.We wish it came with another oven rack. If it lasts, we’ll be pretty satisfied.

I love to cook but heating up my kitchen from my stove and living in GA heat doesn’t quite work, so I went ahead and looked around and picked this one out of the many listed! It’s so neat and my meat is the juiciest I have ever made! Oh we did a whole chicken and did the rotisserie I just can’t explain about how good it was!! You need to purchase this especially since the pizza is separate section!!

It worth, I found I like this oven very much. I use lower drawer every day, a 12inch thick rising crust pizza from frozen to well done takes only 20minutes.

Bottom pizza door crooked & wont get up to 350 deg. Because door don’t fit. Top oven won’t hold 350 deg. Unless temp selector turned to 500 deg. There is no infrared unit in this, at least non that works. I am 86 old & unit too heavy for me to ship back.

I love everything about it especially the pizza pull out area... Gets hot really fast... I highly recommend....

Great item, but fast chamber is not too fast

Does not cook as large of a roast as I thought.

Great for Rotisserie Chicken. This is what I mainly use this oven for. Is great and we save money, because I can make a chicken for 3 days. I am planning on trying it with ribs, cant wait. Love this. I hope it lasts!

Great oven so far. I’m giving it two stars because the manufacturer didn’t answer my email and their website doesn’t work (I wouldn’t count on that 2 year manufacture warranty) Two helpful hints. 1 on your first use set it up in your garage and let the nasty first use smoke burn off 2 the rotisserie spit is very loose in the connection to the motor. It won’t spin but I fixed this by adding some foil tape to the end of the spit to tighten it up. Cooks a real nice roast on the rotisserie so I’m taking a gamble and not sending it back. It will be a great oven if it lastsUpdate: the manufacturer has reached out to me through the review here. They have offered to send me the proper spit and have ensured me that the warranty will be honoured.

I have been using the device for a month. It is easy to use. I rotisseried a chicken and it was superb! Nicely cooked, crackeled skin and really juicy. Heat on demand. We love it!

Recently purchased this oven. Was a problem with the rotisserie rod. I sent video of problem to the seller, and he immediately contacted me and sent a new rod. He then contacted me a few days after I received to see if the problem was solved. I would recommend the oven itself, and more so because of the customer service.
