It did the job the package said it would do. I will always use this in my soil. About 7 years my daughter bought me a hydranga with nice purple blooms, that was when I first put it in. Six years have gone buy and that plant has never had a bloom on it. In May I put Harvest Gold all around this plant and lo and behold I now have 3 blooms. I hope I get more. In fact I added more this morning. Good product.

It didn't go as far as I thought it would. My soil is more suitable for making adobe bricks than growing plants. This year, I'm giving the survivors a treat. We'll see just how well they do. Being a gardener means you are an eternal optimist and truly expect the coming season to live up to your dreams in spite of your experience.
