For about 2 months, I had been researching heavily into the type of arcade machine I really wanted for my home. I've wanted a full-sized cabinet ever since I can remember, so I wanted to make sure I got the right one for the money I was about to drop. I honestly wasn't sure if they had anything on amazon, but I decided to search anyway, and this machine is what I found. And I am so thankful and happy that I found it. Not only is the machine itself of AMAZING quality (seriously, everything inside and out is extremely sturdy and professional), but the seller COD and leader Brian was very easy to work with. My order hit a bit of a snag due to recent BLM protests (which are far, far more important than video games, because truly BLM), and the machine was arriving late. I had no trouble tracking down its whereabouts thanks to COD and specifically Brian, who was immediate in giving me his phone number in case I had any other issues. The machine arrived a week later than scheduled, but it was WELL worth the wait, the sheer number of games alone is insane enough, adding the quality, this product can't be matched.If you are looking for an arcade experience like something you would only find in an actual arcade, buy this. Don't even think twice about it, because I didn't and I am super happy with it. Brian will take care of you and has no problem hooking you up with extras for your satisfaction. Great guy, great seller, great machine. What more do you want?

The machine should come with better instructions. Like............ How to create a favorite game list. How to reset scores in some of the games..... etc

If you fondly recall pumping quarters to try and beat TMNT, Simpsons or any other 4 player arcade game from the late 20th century, you will love this arcade set up. Can take quarters (but we have it in free play mode). Has many classics like Galaga, Pac-Man, frogger, donkey Kong etc, but also some unexpected surprises like bubble bobble and bubble bobble 2. Add in several golden tees (which work perfectly with trackball) and we’ve had hours of fun -Playing solo or with up to 4 of us at a time. I was skeptical, but it’s been nothing short of perfect. Came fast with careful shipping. I’m no electronics expert, but I was able to easily figure out how to connect cables - support was responsive and helpful if/as needed. Highly recommend!

I bought this machine 3 years ago. Over that time, I've exchanges countless emails with the manufacturer and had to personally remove and install game cards (sent from China) that were meant to fix major glitches in quite of a few games. None of these fixes worked and I still experience major glitches in games that should work. I keep being advised that they are working on fixes. Many games are not in English and are unintelligible. About half the games work and half don't. It's fun when they work, but Creative Arcades has been very difficult to work with and the process has been frustrating. Just know that you are getting imperfect ports of games, supported by an unreliable team in China. If you want working games, then better to buy a name brand machine from a reputable seller.

Came super fast (3 weeks) considering corona virus.Easy to move with two adults, easy to figure out and get going. Plug in, wait for it to boot about 30s, and another minute to figure out the game selection interface. Stools are great, forgot it came with them, about 5 minutes to assemble. Just need a screwdriver.

So it was a bit of a challenge when it was delivered. No instructions on how to hook up all the wiring and nothing really labeled. That's the bad news. The good news and Mike was great, He answered all my calls, we facetimed to go through it together, and within an hour it was all hooked up and running. Thanks! Great service.
