I purchased this because the metal part of my key broke and I didn't want to pay the earth to replace it. This is a brilliant item and was able to transfer the innards of my key across. The problem is if you want to get the key cut at a timpsons or a place like it they refuse to do it unless you buy one of there keys which is another £35. Money making racket. Brilliant if you can find someone to cut the key for you. Left with a blank key if you can't.

My key pad had started to split with time so ordered this.A little fiddly to replace the immobiliser from my old key to this replacement but with a little patience it went together perfectly. Never failed since. Its as good as my original key and looks brand new now, very happy. Highly recommend.

Not sure if its this product or the bad design of the key fob itself for Kia but I go through these shells atleast once a year. Keep trying different ones ans they are eventually break.

I have suffered a broken key fob for the last couple of years and thought it would be hugely expensive to repair. I was lucky as someone showed me that the electronics still worked so I only needed to replace the shell. It was a bit fiddly but there are great YouTube videos to guide you. I’m well pleased!

Not compatible with a cerato despite the claims. Zero electronics inside for keyless activation.Fell apart when I flipped the key open, better quality inside Christmas crackers

The plastic on buttons on my Kia car key completely disappeared, couldn't use the buttons anymore, on both keys. Thus saved me so much money from buying from dealership. Easy to do, watched a video in YouTube on how to do it. Very pleased!

Très satisfait de mon achat. KIA SPORTAGE 2012. Les boutons de ma clé d'origine étaient complètement cassés. Très facile à assembler. Le seul problème a été pour sortir l'électronique de la clé d'origine car contrairement à celle commandée ici elle était sertie donc j'ai mis quasiment 1h à comprendre et à réussir à sortir l'électronique. (en dechiquetant la clé, pas le choix) Mais une fois tout sorti (circuit imprimé et transpondeur) ça été un jeu d'enfant pour tout remettre dans la nouvelle. J'ai également repris l'ancienne lame qui s'adapte parfaitement à la nouvelle (il m'a fallu également un peu de temps pour comprendre comment le ressort fonctionne pour faire sortir la lame mais rien de compliqué) Ai récupéré le logo Kia que j'ai collé sur la nouvelle. J'ai recommandé une pour le double qui sera cette fois ci installé en 10 min ! Il y a des tutos sur youtube. Très satisfait de l'économie réalisée par rapport à une clé d'origine en concession...
