Our heavenly Chocolate Chip and Oat Lactation Cookies are full of dark chocolate chips and taste amazing! They contain the four key ingredients: brewers yeast, oats, flaxseed and fenugreek. Contains 10 cookies in a resealable environmentally-friendly pouch. These have a three-month ambient life, but once the pouch has been opened, we recommend eating the cookies within a week. Yummy
These biscuits are great for breastfeeding moms and saved me in the mornings when I needed a snack before I could get to the kitchen to make breakfast. I gave 4 stars because they are quite pricey esp with delivery. I felt the cookies did have a positive effect in my milk supply and I have bought them a few times because they’re so delicious.

These are sooo yumm. I didn't realise. I was recommended by another mum. The cookies are not super sweet as they have all the good stuff but its gt that dark chocolate toast slightly which is quite nice with a warm milk I found. I'd recommend new mums or mums to have this twice a days makes a difference. And use it for about 12 weeks maybe by week 6/7 u can have one a day. But evryone is very different in milk supply so don't worry it take a while these things are just bto help. But eating soups and meat porridge will help too

what can be wrong with a cookie
i love these - both because it gives me a great excuse to have a cookie and you do need snacks that can be eaten with one hand when nursing, and whether it’s s placebo effect or not I do think they’ve had an uplift in milk. Separately, I’ve had an issue with delivery and found the seller very responsive. One thing to bear in mind is whether a yeast free recipe is possible, while brewers years is believed to increase milk, it can also make women and babies more susceptible to thrush.

Good packaging taste not so good
The packaging was perfect for this product. However, the cookies did not taste nice at all. They tasted very strange and not sweet at all. I ate half a cookie and had to throw the whole box in the bin. This isn't me wanting a freebie or anything of the sort, they just tasted absolutely terrible. Not worth the money at all.

Nice but not for this price.
I loved the taste of the choc chip ones, there is a slight savoury or yeasty taste which isn't unpleastant. However, i have no idea if its helped with milk supply as my little one has been cluster feeding so has been boosting it anyway. But they do fill a hole before breakfast and in the afternoon.The price is a little rediculous. Nearly £10 for 10 cookies! As a novelty they are nice but I couldn't afford this regularly.

Arrived quickly and taste delicious
I ordered these for my hospital bag at 35 1/2 weeks and was so happy they arrived only two days after I ordered them! Hubby had a try of one and said they were delicious !
