Great for Sleep
I have not slept this good in years. I do not like to use melatonin anymore, so I tried this. My mood is more steady now too. Highly recommend.

Great product, but...
It's not that I don't love the product, I actually do. This is the second time I've ordered it. It really helps with my anxiety. The problem is that I'm being bugged for a review before I can even track my shipment. Imho this is a 5 star product that gets 2 stars knocked off for wanting a review way too early. If you've got anxiety you may just have some luck dampening it with this product, just know you might also get bugged for a review before you've even laid hands on it. Hope this helps!

no hidden ingredients great mood booster
This product actually works! This actually works for depression I can tell it’s helping when I take it. Sadly I can only take it for a couple of weeks at a time because lavender is a mild blood thinner but it actually helps. This brand is wonderful all the ingredients are listed no worrying about anything hidden.
