I have been taking this for about four months and seen a huge improvement in reducing inflammation as well as endometriosis pain. I had tried other brands which actually cost more but I found them to be inferior. I will advise that most people, myself included, sometimes only see results in 3 weeks to even after a month so don't expect instant results as this is not always the case. It has also helped with my sleep. Highly recommended this product.

They really lower your cortisol (stress hormones) making you feel at ease, really takes the edge off for those who suffer from anxiety and especially puplic anxiety!

There's no doubt this has had a positive effect not only a calming and soothing effect but my blood pressure has gone down. I don't think that is what it's known for and maybe it's because it is because I am more calm and resting better. It would make sense. I will continue to take this on a regular basis. I'm very pleased with the results.

Organic ashwagandha vegetarian capsules. I have been taking one of these each morning and have been enjoying the feeling they've given me. I feel full of energy, less tired and more focused. During the colder months it's easy to feel sluggish but these capsules have given my body a boost of some of the vitamins it needs. The packaging is beautiful. The capsules are not too big to swallow so perfect even if you are not normally a fan of taking vitamins in capsule form. Highly recommend these capsules.

Combined with mucuna and bacopa these help me sleep. I couldn't do without them. I definitely recommend them.

The tablets are easy to swallow and I’ve been having them with my breakfast every morning. I find myself having more energy since I’ve been taking them. Which is great considering I’ve been working from home recently.
