Yes it costs a lot by led kit standards. Yes it is a bear to install (to say the least), yes the wires are very fine and the instructions are not up to common Traxxas standards. But, when you plug everything up and it works, it’s worth it. Like someone else mentioned the visor light wires broke at the led and I had to resolder them. I was lucky I had the tools and skill to do that. It makes a neat installation when done. Be especially carefull with the visor light area, it is very fussy and must go together properly or you’ll be scratching your head a lot. I really like scale features and this adds a lot of that. It would be a five except for the reasons I mentioned.

Perfect, had some trouble with the Roof visor led strips otherwise everything plugs n plays beautifully, the already existing led housings on g500 are awesome best light set on market for price!

Installing the portion to the headlights was difficult, cause of the wiring harness taking up too much room behind headlight bezel, even with trimming bumper with Dremel... Then over time the grill broke at the attachment point cause there was insufficient room between body and bumper for the connectors, and the screws being very short.

Soldering was not 100%
