Bigelow K-Cup for Keurig Brewers, English Breakfast Tea , 24 Count (Pack of 4)

The only reason I’m not leaving a one-star review is that I’ve bought from this seller before with great results. Normally I receive a box containing four boxes of 24 k-cups each. But this time I received a large box with 96 loose k-cups. Since this was so unusual, I looked at the ‘best-before’ date (it’s etched into the plastic side of each cup). The year was 2018. The ones I still had from the previous shipment had a date of 2022. So the ones I just received were pretty old. I did get a refund from Amazon, so I’m happy about that. But I’m so disappointed that I had such a problem with this seller. Unfortunately, I just ordered from someone else, and will probably continue to do so.

When I don't feel like making a pot of tea in the morning, I use my Kurig. I have been using the Twining Breakfast Tea but find it is really strong, even on the largest cup size, and it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I'm very picky when it comes to my tea and use a good British tea when making a pot, and always let it steep to be full body. I just received this tea this morning. I was drinking a cup of the Twining and threw it out to give this a try. This tea is WONDERFUL and tastes just like I made a pot of tea. There is no bitter taste whatsoever. This is the best tea you will get using a Kurig. Will be ordering this again and again. Tastes just like a cup of tea I get when visiting England.

Bigelow is one of my all time favorite English Breakfast teas. This tea is superb in that the taste is a true English full bodied tea, loaded with flavor and richness. I take my tea "English style" and the flavor is heaven sent. I highly recommend this tea - it's been my all time favorite since I was a teen! Thank you Bigelow for keeping it real!!

I ordered on Saturday afternoon & the box was delivered Sunday! I'm a long time tea drinker & I use the K cups on weekends as a treat. The K cups are more expensive than tea bags which is why I think of them as a treat!

I love this tea so much. It tastes real, no bitter flavor, no after taste. My forever tea!

A sample of this tea came with our Keurig and my wife loved it. Then we tried finding it in our local grocery stores and although we did find it in some stores, most wanted $10.99 and sometimes more, for 12 cups which works out to about 92 cents a cup. Not in this lifetime pal! Even the actual Keurig website was more expensive that getting these from Amazon at the time I ordered.If you have a 2.0 brewer, the first thing you'll probably notice about the photo for this product currently shows the Bigelow English Breakfast K-Cup is NOT one of the newer 2.0 tops with the DRM band. If you have a Keurig 2.0 machine you'll know you need to use the newer K-Cups with the DRM banding around the top. Rest assured that when these arrive they ARE the newer DRM banded pods and WILL work just fine in your 2.0 Keurig.You may also notice that the picture of the box seems to indicate there are three different flavours in it, and in fact when your box arrives that box is the same one they use here and it really does seem like you just got a box of "mixed" flavours by the photos on the packaging. When I unpacked my 2 cases that's the first thing I noticed and my wife was quick to tell me what a colossal screw up I was for ordering the wrong stuff, and even I thought for sure either I or Amazon had screwed up and I was going to find 3 different types of Bigelow teas in the box. But alas, the box picture is just that...a picture, and when you open it up you'll find 24 pods of JUST the Bigelow English Breakfast waiting for you and your happy eyes!One final warning about this tea. Until my wife tried this, which is essentially brewing tea in a coffee maker, we actually had gone hog wild on buying proper tea making stuff. The digital kettle to get the water temperature just right, the Perfect Tea Maker's, the spoons, the timers to brew it for just the right amount of time to the second, and loose leaf teas, including different English Breakfast blends. Granted, a lot of work, but it made the tea the way it is suppose to be made. So imagine my surprise when the Keurig machine came with a few TEA pods that you apparently brew in a COFFEE machine! "Feece!" I thought to myself...,"how gauche"! You can't make good tea in a coffee maker! Give your head a shake!! Right? Well...apparently not. It seems you CAN brew a good cup of tea...especially THIS Bigelow English Breakfast tea in a Keurig coffee maker! How do I know this? Well, because our $500 worth of tea making equipment sits unused, while she burns through several of these K-Cups a day! So, although I don't actually drink this stuff, my wife loves them, and I should probably order some more before she runs out!Hope this helped someone who's considering buying this.
