Perfect organizer for rental properties.I love this file book but can’t find it anymore.

I have a studio rental below my home, and have been using this rental book for years, AND I LOVE IT! Perfect for my needs, has places for maintenance, rental income, taxes and insurance, utilities, etc, with pockets on each page for receipts, plus a profit and loss statement at the very back. I am extremely disappointed that I cannot find another one this year, usually purchase 2 at a time. Hope they will come back!!

As advertised; for two single-unit properties. Attaching a few pics of the ledger pages. The last pic shows a summary worksheet that was an unexpected bonus (I could have overlooked it in the description) tucked in pocket of last page.

Please do not discontinue making these books. I’ve been using them for years and feel lost without them. I generally buy multiple books at a time. It has helped me keep my two properties organized. I love this system.

This is almost what I need.I've entered less than five months of expenses and I'm out of room in both the ledgers and pockets.I have one home with two apartments that I manage for expenses as one, and another single family home I rent.It's a nice product, but it needs more pages for several of the categories. I expect I will use 3 or 4 a year. Even more if I split up the two apartment home and logged them seperately.Otherwise it's well laid out and easy to understand.

Very useful to help organize any and all expenses when managing a property (or properties).The notebook is sturdy and color coded to separate types of expenses for your properties. This is a great starting notebook that is an acceptable cheap alternate to the current software available.

Not partitioned very well. Should not be set up for only "a and b" properties. Geared for someone who genuinely is not very detailed. I think many would not buy this item had the interior been previewed. Swing and a miss.

I was not really happy with this book - There was no room for office expenses, etc. And Most that I looked at was in the same field. I wan t a booke that breaks down ALL expenses (Office supplies, etc.) I only have one rental property and this just does not cut the mustard, at least for me.
