Premier4007215 Perfecta Carbamide Peroxide Standard Tube Refill, 21% Mint, 2 oz. Tube

You should be sending the exact tube as shown in the picture, blue and white tube but you are not, you are sending the one in the orange and white tube. the one in the orange and white tube although says 21% it is perfecta 21% which is not the same at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I know for a fact because I have purchased the premier 21% in the blue and white tube from my dentist and it is the real deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The orange and white tube is not !!!!!!!!!!!!. So customers I am just warning you, if you don't receive the blue and white tube send it back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . I ordered this once and received the one in the orange and white tube, it is not the real deal and does not really work, the one from my dentist in blue and white tube is remarkable!!!!!, it looks just like the one in the picture but I don't think that is the one you will receive as I have read in some of the reviews you will most likely get the one I received, the orange and white tube, it's a knock off from the one in the picture!!!!!!!!

I have now used this once after receiving it. The bottle looks nothing like what I have used for years. Completely different packaging.It seemed to work...however if you are going to change the look of a.product..notify your customers. Dont let us guess what is going on

Didn't seem fresh. Not as good as previous.

Works as expected...it is the same strength as my Dentist uses for my wife and I, plus at a lower price.I ordered 4 tubes in order to save money otherwise it would not have been cost effective for me. I also ordered for my wife and she likes the product also.

Did not get the product that was advertised and shown on the Internet.

Works great but leaves my teeth sensitive to colds.

I usually purchase this at my regular cleaning from my dentist for my dental trays. This is so necessary if you have veneers & need to keep them perfect. Mine totally are amazing thanks to this. A little goes a long way. Anyone can use this for teeth whitening and receive amazing results. Be careful not to overdo toward the gum area.

I tried using 16 before. It tasted bad & worked slowly, but it did work. This time I tried the 21. It tastes better & works significantly faster.
