North American Health & Wellness Sitting Stepper,
The product is extremely easy to assemble and use. However ... it slides. The rubber tips on the underside that are there, I presume, to KEEP it from sliding don't do their job. You'll need to find something to attach to the underside to prevent this. I'm still looking. Other than that, it does a great job. The manufacturer's simply need to find a way to keep from sliding. I hope they see this and let me know of anything that may be done. But, I would definitely recommend this. Just be careful.

my legs are wide and the foot spacing on this is too narrow
My sister recommended this and I snapped it up. The price was right. I didn't realize that the foot pedals were fairly close together, making it quite uncomfortable to use. Maybe this product is right for someone else, but not me.

Really like it
I wanted to *LOVE* this ... but I just really like it. It is SUPER light weight. There is a rounded bar under the foot pedals, that rocks - so one foot goes down, the other up and so on. It is SUPER easy to put together and take back apart for compact travel. The whole package fit in our normal-sized mailbox, so it is SMALL. There is no resistance at all - but I find for just sitting and being bored, it's just fine. I'm not really CERTAIN how you're supposed to put your feet, but we thought that your heels go on the floor, tops of your feet on the plastic thing, but for 3 people, all that did was sore ankles in about 10 reps. I have it under my computer chair, with my toes on the front of it, lifting legs/feet up and down (range of motion is about 3-4") and it's plenty of a workout. Imagine lifting up your legs 50 times - gets the job done. But if you pressed REALLY hard I think you'd break it. I think it'll be PERFECT for flying or for working on my computer. WARNING MEN: If your junk gets in the way so that you can't sit with your legs CLOSE together, you will not be able to use this comfortably. As for the pressure dots - I don't feel anything positive from them. Slides all over the place but I just put a facecloth under it and it's pretty stable now. Hoping it lasts because after messing with it for a while, I REALLY like it!

The Sitting Stepper is a sitting TOE TAPPER
I bought this for my son whose seated most of the day. So when I opened the Sitting Stepper I laughed and asked myself what is this? Thought it would be a stepper not a toe tapper. I considered returning the product because I believe anyone can get the same results from tapping their toes up and down for FREE. However, I would recommend the Sitting Stepper for someone who has very very limited range of motion, like less than what it takes to tap your toes about an inch off the floor when seated to aid them in a toe tapping movement. Also that 70 acupressure massage modules claim while wearing a shoe, don't believe it, maybe with bare. When the Sitting Stepper is put together the small scale mechanism between where u place your feet and the base is a mostly plastic rocker arm. Not sure how well or how long the plastic rocker bar will last or stay in place while "Stepping" on it over so many uses given it sits in a groove with a sorta snap into place fit. In my opinion to be a stepper you need to lift your legs up and down I'm a marching motion while seated but the instructions picture the person's heels on the floor doing as in a tapping movement. If that plastic rocker bends or looses shape the Sitting Stepper will no longer toggle up and down. I'm only keeping the Sitting Stepper because it was under $10 and free shipping for Prime members.

Silver Bumps NOT Metal Balls
It arrived in the mail yesterday. It does seem pretty cheap in quality, but I think it will suffice for my particular need...though I'm curious to see how long it will hold up. I am enjoying it today. My key disappointment was in the silver bumps. As I think you can tell from my photo, the silver bumps are just painted plastic. In the 3rd photo on the product listing, they look very much like metal balls that might wiggle/rotate a bit as you rub your foot over them. I felt deceived when I discovered otherwise.

It really works!
I received my sitting stepper a few days ago and I can tell a big difference. My swelling went down in my feet and ankles. The stepper does slide but I use it on carpet (to prevent from sliding). I wish it was made a better quality but it does work. I even purchased another one just in case it breaks. I would of given this 5 stars but it does slides and make noise when sitting stepping fast. Another plus, this gadget can fit in my purse and take up any space.

Not that great
This product is very small, not a lot of motion of exercise if that’s what you want it for. I wanted something for under my desk to work on my legs while I am working. This just doesn’t do it, plus i have it on a rug and slides towards the back of desk. I’d never spend $14 on this if I tried it first.

Flimsy plastic, do NOT buy
As soon as I opened the package I released it was a mistake. It is not worth one dollar, do NOT buy! I am trying to see how I can return it. It is small and flimsy plastic. It says on the box that it increases circulation, soothes swollen ankles, etc. pure lies!!! Very disappointing.

Replace rocker bar with two sqeezy balls and see the effect
Not as per expectation. It keeps moving and rocker bar does not provide any resistance. Its as good as tapping your feet on the floor without this stepper. I, however, replaced the rocker bar with two sqeezy balls on either side between the flaps and now my stepper is perfect and noiseless and provides some resistance while I use it underdesk in my office

Good concept / poor execution.
This item looks like it would be terrific and good exercise while at a desk or watching TV BUT it is poorly made. Good concept/ poor execution. The pads on the bottom do not stop it from slipping forward on hardwood floors. The mechanism is not a spring so the pads do not make enough resistance for a workout. The Z movement (up and down) is not sufficient to give any kind of a workout. The 'pedals' are too small for anyone larger than a size 4 foot (America feet are usually larger than size 4).

Does not work as advertised, you get what you pay for.
Not worth the money. Poorly constructed. Have to be concerned about it keeping together instead of it fulfilling its purpose. Wish I could return it. I actually paid a higher price for a better product and is so much better.
