Used to replace blade in Swordfish sharpener. Undid screws at rear slid apart. Removed screws at front then you have to push blade assembly out of rear cog - it is just a tight push fit - then reverse for reassembly. Don't use oil - it is meant to be lubricated by the graphite from the normal (non-coloured) pencils. It now sharpens neater and quicker - and also can do so many more before it shuts down due to overheat - perfect for someone with alot of pencils to sharpen (eg teacher)
