First things first, the product tastes amazing. There's absolutely nothing wrong on that end.The problem is the whole spray thing. I hope you enjoy getting it all over anything near your plate unless you're literally holding it right on whatever you're putting it on... Bc it WILL go all over.

A product of Italy, the flavor of this Modena Balsamic vinegar with white truffle is delicious and well-balanced with neither flavor overshadowing the other. It will be an excellent addition to many foods like salads but also in creating glazes, sauces and marinades. It should be also be good drizzled on salmon and other meats, roasted vegetables, fruit, cheese and even incorporated in things like potato salad.The Modena balsamic vinegar is slightly sweet with a rich grape taste and significantly more flavorful and complex than the usual basic balsamic vinegars found in grocery stores. The ingredient list contains the components used in making Modena vinegar along with—Aroma--which is an aromatic molecular recreation of the white truffle which imparts the flavor or essence to the vinegar and keeps the price point reasonable.The 3.4 ounce glass bottle has a manual spray mechanism which is not particularly precise and seemed to work best when aimed close to the desired target. It may be best to remove and pour to measure for more accuracy. To estimate shelf-life the Best Before date is 5 1/2 months in the future from the date of this review but dates will vary. Delicious.

This is a balsamic vinegar in a spray. I really like the idea. It is easy to add a touch of flavor to dishes this way.The vinegar is pretty good, with no off taste. It is flavored with "aroma" not with real truffles. Still tastes and smells very good

I didn't find the truffle taste to be visible at all. For that reason, I wouldn't purchase it again.
