Sturdy and attractive
I wsa hesitant to get one of these because who needs something else in their bathroom? But this stool is about as atttractive as something like this could be and blends with our wooden cabinets. It was super easy to put together and my 3 year-old granddaughter will also be able to use it.

Very Sturdy and folds quickly- to hide away easily
I have to admit this is a nice looking and sturdy stool!. I weigh 250lbs and it doesn't flex or give any with my weight.Very hard/quality wood, Mahogany finish, with a nonslip rubber tread. The foldable hinges are heavy duty, quality and sturdy AF! press a tab on each hinge and both legs fold in to hide away easy behind the toilet. The half circle cutout allows it to conform to the toilet, minimizing how much it sticks out. The open leg design allows (standers) to step right up to the toilet without having to straddle the stool. If you're looking to try a plastic "squatty potty", or even give one as a "spoof gift", then spend the a few extra dollars to get this one right here! Im gushing about mine!

You don’t know you need it, but you do
I got this for my potty training toddler boy. He needed a sturdy stool for the toilet so he didn’t fall. He caught on right away and hasn’t had any issues. It’s also a great no. 2 tool for the whole household. I wouldn’t be without one of these now.

Best I've found, but could be better
Here's my weirdly in depth review:Cons-Not ideal for a very small or cramped bathroom. It projects too far forward.-Doesn't keep you're circulation from cutting off as the OG squatty potty does. Might be less of an issue if you don't have an older or smaller toilet. The shape of the stool doesn't have the foot placement far enough apart.-The black traction mat can make it look dirty. Still looks much nicer than the plastic ones.-Wish there were more color options. A cherrywood finish or dark walnut colored finish would be nice. Minor complaint tho. Back when I bought it it only came in the standard light bamboo.Pros-Definitely helps with doing your business. Just not as much as it could since foot placement is tighter to the front.-VERY VERY sturdy! Which is more than I can say for the OG and others on the market.-Made of solid wood. Despite the traction mat collecting more dust than other surfaces, the wood makes it look much nicer than others on the market.-Comes pre-assembled and well constructed!! Unless things have changed since I got this one back in 2021. Most other wooden stools require assembly and have a similar price. Or they're made of trashy plywood.-Worth it for the price.Overall I recommend this one if you're looking for a stool that will last and doesn't look like it's made for a child or assisted living. My main issue is the shape of the stool, which might not be a problem for most people. The foot placement still isn't far enough apart. It's still an improvement if you have nothing else to compare it to for healthy circulation and digestive health. It's just not as much of an improvement as the Squatty Potty I had before. It's shaped like that for a reason. But the quality of material was garbage compared to the new one and still makes a positive difference when using the bathroom, which is the whole point.

Squatty Potty
Solid construction, easy to assembleMakes it easier to "do your business " as you are in a more "natural" position.....No height adjustment but once you find your "spot" you'll feel the difference

Effective
AS A HOUSE TOOL: Sturdy, compact, with locking hinges, great for changing lightbulbs, reaching higher shelves, etc. Slip resistant, skid proof top. Small grandkids use it to wash hands, independently!AS A TOILETING AID: wonderful! for the elderly or ANYONE who has trouble fully evacuating bowels, this is a wonderful tool. If it's too tall, leave it folded for generous resultsIt also has a nice esthetic and can be left out.

Attractive Squatty Potty
I used to have a white plastic squatty potty eyesore, this one is sturdy and attractive. But it.
