I grind my own flax seeds in order to absorb the most nutrients. These are excellent! They grind very well and though the smell is rather pungent, when mixed with the right pairing ingredients, they taste is extremely mild.

Best value- price better than any whole food store and really good quality. We toast ours every couple of days and grind it to sprinkle on our oatmeal- so delicious the flavors are amazing.

These golden flax seeds (Yupik) look good and seem perfectly decent. I was told that adding flax seed to my diet would help my constipation, but it didn’t work for me. I’ll continue adding them to my diet for the other benefits.

I use golden flax in my almond bread and other recipes. Flavor is very nice, not too strong or overpowering.

I put these in smoothies. Make it the night before and these will make smoothies a bit thicker…not a fan of runny smoothies.
